  Thanks John. I finished by Tweeting to this topic and got Adobe to answer/help. I ended up having to uninstall/reinstall my creative cloud and then it worked. Go figure. Now, to try to understand Photoshop! YIKES!

THEN I opened my pdf, go to the right side toolbar and click on "change pdf" square tab thing. Then it automatically takes me to a Web page saying that I need to subscribe and pay for one of the packages!   1 ok, that makes sense. Yes, you can use the preflight in Acrobat Pro to make this conversion.

  2. the sounds as if something went wrong to make the PDF if Acrobat is not yet open. For example, this can happen if you click on save to JPEG, but type .pdf on the name. Am not saying that it happened, but it's an example. Can describe you step by step how you save the PDF of Photoshop, including the choice of that you pull down. Still, sounds as if you may have fixed this.

  3. the two apps: Acrobat Reader - and - Acrobat Pro. It is a potential mine field. Make sure that you recognize that you are running.

  I had the Choicepoint Virus a few weeks there and I think you, I took it. I reinstalled SP3 and got IE8 running. Taken from old CA antivirus program. used to get rid of all traces of Norton or Symantec removal tools. MSE installed and everything worked great until a few days ago. Virus definitions will not update (0x80072EFE). And windows update does not work at all (0x80072EFF). I tried to download them from the site manually, but when I click on the IE link is as I am not connected to the internet. Also, I've been to redirected findstuff.com and other search sites when I click on links in Bing. Thinking that I have a new bug. MSE wasn't able to spot it. Niether has Malwarebytes. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

They have yet to hear my whole story. And I always told him my problem only it just directly to the front told me that "everyone is downloading our products and only you say it doesn't work.
