Troubleshooting connection issues DPS - sign failed. Please try again.
All of our users have problems connecting to the Digital Publishing Suite through the Folio Builder in InDesign. Whenever we try to connect, we get a "connection failed. Please try again. "error. I'm almost certain, it's something in our network, which is the origin of the problem, but I would like to see if I can refine it so I can direct our security guy by making an exception. I think that the DPS use only port 443 for communication so I'll make sure it's open, but are there other potential areas where I can do some research?
Looks like it is a problem of proxy and not a firewall issue. Clear the proxy settings in Internet Explorer seems to do the trick. It is a work decent around until we find how to configure our server proxy allowing these exceptions.

Make sure you use your creative cloud account to connect to the Folio Builder Panel and choose Create App. If this does not work, try to connect on the Folio Builder Panel, choose Create App and then connect you.

I heard this on another post, and it WORKED for me also! I logged on my account live.com and udated my name in my profile. I don't know if that it or if MS has solved something but I can not connect on fss.live.com. Please share and please post if it worked or not.

It seems that you can not use your SnapChat the way app which you should be. I would use the troubleshooting steps in the following article for third-party applications. You may well reach out to the developer if the problem is not solved by the article though:

I agree... it would be very useful to see a list of all the possible errors with their criteria to appear. But I have fear of the Adobe priorities for such a request will be extremely low.

DPS is no longer supported for CS5 and CS5.5. You need CS 6 or CC.

I run Muse and was invited to open a session in the program with my Adobe ID CC. I have an embarrassing and frustrating problem. My application is already go, I downloaded the .ipa file and tested. It works fine on the iPad. But when the time came to create the app distribution (.zip) file, I get an error 'signature impossible, please try again. '
I tried, in vain, the following:
-J' checked my certificates p12. They were valid. I even recreated both times, whenever it has failed.
-J' I rebuilt my folio twice. I even tried to delete everything except an article then trying to export the application distribution
-J' renamed the article names just of alphabets and numbers, no special characters
Yet, despite all my efforts, I get this error. What Miss me?

try to take out the battery for a few minutes, the back - turn the phone on and WiFi Internet connection. My cliq xt this sometimes and that usually fixes it, but if this does not work, do a factory reset. menu-> settings-> sd card & phone storage-> factory data reset-> reset-> erase all data.

It happened all of a sudden. After that, I reset the computer to an earlier date. Has not fixed the problem. I rebooted the Internet explorer, Version 8. Has not fixed the problem. I can access Hotmail from another computer without problem. I think that I changed something in the tools that could have caused the problem. All the patches and virus checking are up-to-date.
Appreciate any help you can provide.

I had a similar problem. I could access Hotmail, but not of pleats. I use 17.0.1 Firefox as my browser and tried IE and no problem with Hotmail. I had to uninstall Firefox and reinstall, and then it worked fine.
