  I try to install CS6 and Web Design.

  I had CS5 Master Suite on my old PC to a previous task, I have serial numbers, and I bought an upgrade to Adobe by phone.

  He said I could install the upgrade on my new PC, but it wont let me because while I have all the serial numbers, CS5 is not installed on the new PC, so it won't let me install, although I have legitimately bought and installed the previous version.

  What should I do?

  Hi Dan,.

  If you have the CS5 install discs, try reinstalling the CS6. When you are prompted for the CS5 just out the CS6 disk and put in the disc of CS5. The installer just needs to check that CS5 is here. Then replace the CS6 installation disk in the installation

  This little trick of swap should work.

  1. Ctrl + K only works on 1 video, but not on the video 2, video 3, etc... Why?

  2. whenever I use Windows Live Movie Maker to convert video files, they import in the first half with superior video missing. I uninstalled security update kb2803821 and restarted my PC. It worked. But updates of Windows 7 all the time, so I will have this problem over and over again? And if so, how do I know what security update for every moment of the uninstall?
  

  I use the trial version of this software and want to know the answers to these questions before I committ and buy the complete thing. Thank you!

  If it is a printable coupon, then have the coupon in an html document will be much simpler. Just add the code to the existing function as I said in the previous message.

• I'm new in yet and need assistance in importing my PP CC 4 min project in order to create a DVD.

  When you use 'import-active or timeline' an error message appears "software to decode this media is not available. I am able to create DVDs with standard images but not a small CC PP project completed. Any help would be appreciated.

  You must export the PR than MPEG2-DVD project and then import the m2v and wav created. You cannot import a PR project except with the same version as yet.
