  My photoshop broke down. I have the costume design standard-paid for the license, 2 years ago. InDesign and Illustrator work without problem. I took my Mac at the apple store to see if it was to do with their update and it was not. They advised me to contact adobe and its impossible!  I read on the forums to update Java that I did and it always helps docent. Now, I'm trying to uninstall the application and the Setup program will not work - cannot use the adobe Manager yet. The error message is the following:

• Where are the files downloaded by the adobe application manager?

  I want to keep these files in case I need to reinstall it. I don't want to download everything again.

  It is a pointless exercise. The files are stored in your temp folder and deleted after the installation was successful. Unless watch you it all the time and get the timing right, there is no way to safely copy them in anotehr location and even if you can handle it, it can interfere with the installation process. If you want to keep whatever it is for backup, download the trial.

  After installing Adobe Application manager opens.

  It works well and I downloaded Photoshop.

  Installation of Photoshop is OK, I open it and it seems the app works well.

  But I don't have the creative application of Cloud and I don't have access to my files and images.

  Some people have a solution for me please?

  Here's my problem. I bought the CS 6 Master Collection when it came out. Everything was fine until recent months when some, but not all, programs won't open. The fuller was an uninstall of all Master CS6 Collection, run a cleaning of Adobe tool, then a reinstallation is complete. It took a while, but left me at the same place: Adobe Application Manager opens for 6, Illustrator CS, but CS 6 Dreamweaver and Photoshop 6 CS open very well.

  After several tries, I somewhat lost a little confidence in agents chat for Adobe. Does anyone have a solution for this?

  I checked with your Adobe ID here on the forums, there was a creative cloud subscription that is now closed there ended in August 2014.

  Uninstalling CS6 will not help you will need to remove the Creative cloud completely from your machine first.

  After that reinstall CS6 from - applications download Creative Suite 6

  Please follow the steps; below

  MAC:

  1 force quit Adobe all processes in the activity monitor (for example, CC, Core sync, the broker CC library, Office, Adobe, Adobe CPI, demon Adobe Crash etc..)

  2-go to: Finder > Applications > utilities > Adobe installer > uninstall Adobe Creative cloud (if problems uninstall Trash)

  3-go to: Finder > Applications > utilities > (delete these two folders - creative cloud Adobe and Adobe Application Manager)

  4. then run the cleanup tool to remove the clouds creative and Adobe Application Manager (if it remains in the machine)

  5 right-click on the icon in the Finder, then select 'Go - To' folder.

  6. you will get a text box, type in the following command and then press 'return '. ("Not to be missed ~ symbol")

  ~/Library (it will open the folder of the user's library.)

  7. browse to the Application Support > Adobe > OOBE folder and folder AAM Updater so trash

  8. new > right-click on the icon in the Finder and select "go to" folder option. > you will get a text box, type in the following command, and then click 'Return' key. / Library (it will open the library system folder.)

  9. browse to the Application Support > Adobe > trash folder OOBE and Adobe Application Manager / after that, rename the SL-STORE like SL-STORE_OLD

  Adobe 10 - run cleanup tool. > If so, select "Adobe Application Manager for Mac OS X 10.6 ' and then click on"Clean up selected. "

  When I click on download I get a problem report for Adobe Application Manager quite unexpectedly.  I rebooted, don't know what to do next.

  I had the same problem - I bought the complete creative cloud, and as soon as I wanted to download my first piece of software. After the purchase, I logged on adobe.com and clicking on a "Download" button - a "adobe application manager" arisen - and close unexpectedly. every time - I restarted the computer, tried different browsers... still, it crashed after about 30 seconds...

  I found a solution that worked for me, I used the 'adobe creative cloud tool cleaner", check out this link:

  After using the vacuum cleaner, the good thing happened when you click on the download button: I was asked to install the "CreativeCloudInstaller" - instead of an Adobe Application Manager - and now it works like a charm.

  Now, I closed "Adobe Application Manager" and reopened "Photoshop" and again selected "updates... " on the Help menu.  The "Adobe Application Manager" opened again with just a window this time and the updates happened correctly.

  I was hoping a updates would be the "Adobe Application Manager", I don't think so.

  So, if I were you I would not select "Updates."... "in an Adobe application unless the " Adobe Application Manager " is closed until they fix IT...

  Current version: Adobe® Application Manager - Version 7.0.0.128 (7.0.0.128) notes the two windows in the "Adobe Application Manager" in the attached image.

  
  

  If you read my entire post you would have seen that after closeing "Adobe Application Manager" updates completed normally next time I chose "updates... "in the Help menu in Photoshop.

  Bought recently an educational Version of CS6 Design and Web Premium and installed on a Mac. After the installation and the seizure of the serial numbers, I launched Illustrator and PhotoShop. Adobe Application Manager came warning me that if I don't connect with an Adobe ID and register the product, the product does not work within 7 days. That was 2 days ago. When I click on 'Sign In', however just in a cycle of loading as in attached photo. Any advice?
