Trying to connect to my administrator account of

When I try to open a session in my administrator account the screen tells me that "the user profile service service has no session opening, failed to load the user profile. Also, when I connect to my standard account and try to do something that requires admin approval, it does not always work. I have not forgotten my password, it just doesn't work. Can someone help me?
