  How is configured your outlook? What is the exact error message? Click Start-> settings-> Control Panel-> Mail-> see her => profile, select your active profile...   But in the case where some people have this problem I had.

  Correction on wireless W8.1 as follows,

  Find/locate connection network in "charms."

  Right click on Wi Fi - select DISABLE-wait a minute then

  RT click on Wi - Fi to ACTIVATE.

  Connect to your internet service provider when you see your SSID.

  Also a note if your printer or the wireless on cpu receiver

  Activate Bluetooth.
