  Having the same problem except with Vista 32 bit.  Read everything that support technique microsoft, tried all the fixes. One of the patches will not work because he had problems connecting to the server. Hard to fix something when the fix does not work.   Thus, the two browsers that you tried to give the same error that Bing is impossible to erase history now? It does not sound like a problem of Bing in this case.

  Note: I guess it's history on the site Web of Bing and not the Firefox search bar or a Bing bar.

I triedhdd clear, won't erase either, basically tried erasing/wiping with all ultim ate boot cd tools, none have worked, I have reached a dead end, I don't know what to do, help please.   You won't find any printer or the printer settings. AirPrint is a diffuse wifi printing system, so that these messages are actually sent by your printer and simply displayed on your iPad.  Stop messages, to bad draw on the printer itself.  If it is low on ink, then replace cartridges.  If this is not the case, check the printer manual or online support on erasing the incorrect error messages or status.

  Hi - I got a new computer and tried to erase the hard drive on my old Toshiba laptop for sale on. It is a Toshiba A-210 and is about three years old.

  I put the "settings factory restore disk" and tried to follow the instructions on the CD cover. However, the instructions don't match the options given, I did something where I thought I was wiping the HARD drive. It seemed to go ok, but when I tried to start it again, it loads a black screen type "MS-DOS" asking for a password.

  The password only I put up on the computer was for my user profile, and it's not accept that. If I try to go on without the password, the computer turns off.

  I tried Googling and it could be a BIOS password, I think, but I've never been one of these. The only suggestions I could find for fixing involved by pressing one of the buttons "F" and move to Windows, but I can't get an answer using the 'F' keys On the Toshiba site it said that I needed to have it fixed by one of their authorized places, but I don't want to spend money on it, because I was trying only to erase the hard drive before trying to sell it on or scrapping it.

  Does anyone have any suggestions? My hard drive was erased? There is nothing really confidential there, but I like it as clear as possible, I really don't mind if its working, I would consider it breaks to pieces.

  After reading your thread I don't understand what you've done to lock your computer.
  Still is it BIOS password cannot be set by mistake.

  When the BIOS password to settle should be written twice before, it will be activated.

  What to do now? Is that the BIOS password can be deleted by a combination of keys or something simple. BIOS password is the most important safety feature and must offer the maximum protection of the BIOS.
  You can sell your laptop without HARD drive too. On eBay, I saw many laptops that will be offered without HARD drive for data protection reasons. HARD drive can be exchanged for less money and it is not so important hardware component.

  In the history I see a problem only: BIOS password. You can offer a little cheaper laptop and the new owner can pay for password removal.

  It is not easy to give you the right answer. I just want to be a little more realistic.

  Here's how to use the Vista startup repair disk. is NOT a Vista reinstall disk.

  Download the ISO on the link provided and make a record of repair time it starts.

  Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.

  At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu.

  When you have changed that, insert the Bootable disk you did in the drive and reboot.

  I created the new account on my laptop and I don't need, so I just disabled a few weeks ago.weather, then delete account. But now I want to delete the account. So I have activated and you try to delete this account user account\manage another account\ unused account\ delete account.   Try this:

  1 log in under an administrator account.

  2. click on the start planet.

  3. type cmd.exe in the search box.

  4. press on Ctrl + Shift + Enter

  5. click on "run as Administrator".

  6. type the following commands and press ENTER after each:

  net users
  (to see a list of all existing accounts)
  NET user "xxxx" / delete
  (to remove the xxxx account)

  I rebooted my macbook. When it restarted it flashed the apple logo, progress bar began to charge up to 15%, then the black and white code popped up for a few seconds, then a box pops up saying "your computer has restarted because of an error, press any key to restart." It is now is an endless restart loop.

  I can't go in safe mode or in disk utility.
