  Log the computer by using an account with administrator rights.

  Click Start, type msconfig.exe in the start search box and press ENTER to start the System Configuration utility.

  If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password, or click on continue.

  On the general tab, click Selective startup, and then clear the check box load startup items. (The check box use the file Boot is not available.)

  Under the Services tab, click to select the skin all the Microsoft services check box, and then click Disable all.

  Click OK and then click on restart.

  It seems to me that there is no available codecs to read the file format, you are trying to read. I suggest you check the type of file you play; You should be able to understand this by checking the file extension.

  Right click on the file and click Properties, under file format, you should be able to find the file type.

• Missing wing32.dll trying to play the Monopoly game

  If you receive the DRM activator error message do the following to correct the problem:

  1 left-click on start
  2. right click on computer
  3. left-click on properties
  4 - left click on advanced system settings
  5 - running, click settings
  6 - left click on Data Execution Prevention
  7 - click TURN DEP FOR ESSENTIAL WINDOWS PROGRAMS AND SETTINGS ONLY.
  8. click on apply and then OK.

  Alternatively, you can try to disable UAC (User Account Control).

  And associated with Windows Defender, you can try the following procedure:

  Open Windows Explorer.
  Navigate to the folder C:\Program Files\Windows Defender\
  Right-click on AS_Sigs.MSI and choose Uninstall in the pop-up menu.
