  Let us know about game you want to play? I recommend you to check whether the game is compatible with your operating system or not.

  Try to perform the clean boot, and then try to play the game. To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows Vista by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.  Follow the steps below:

  Log the computer by using an account with administrator rights.

  Click Start, type msconfig.exe in the start search box and press ENTER to start the System Configuration utility.

  If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password, or click on continue.

  On the general tab, click Selective startup, and then clear the check box load startup items. (The check box use the file Boot is not available.)

  Under the Services tab, click to select the skin all the Microsoft services check box, and then click Disable all.

  Click OK and then click on restart.

I click on locate, it then takes me to the music library folder that displays a list of the itunes library by date files.  If I click on one, it then brings back me to my list of songs.  I then double click on the song, and then get the msg "original msg was not found.  I can play the song in my folder to \My eMusic.  I think he's using Windows Media Player to play the song out of this folder.  Any help would be appreciated.

  Update: after a lot of research and trial and error efforts, I solved the problem.  For reasons unknown, the songs have an incorrect file path.  Will change the path on each song.
