If anyone can help... I try to respond to emails asking me to answer and when I do I get a notice to fill in my name followed by asking for my pop3 (outgoing) server and asking another for my incoming server. I don't know what to do. Can someone give me a list to follow please? would be grateful. Pete

Everything worked well ID updated to latest version, until it cannot find resolution any help appreciated.
It is resolved myself in the meantime. Removed all items downloaded previously and did it again. Downloaded and problem solved.

I hit the download button for Photoshop, which downloads a file "CreativeCloudSet - Up.exe" on Windows 7. When I run it, it hampers is with "trying to connect to the server...". ».
