  Your key to upgrade of Windows 8 is good for use on another computer, so it is used to upgrade whatever operating system is on a different computer.

  There is no way for a dual boot of the host operating system with an upgrade disc.

  The latest Windows 8 operating system is compatible with the UEFI BIOS. You need to activate the UEFI mode in the BIOS and the Secure Boot . Then start the system with the bootable Windows 8 Pro DVD to start the installation. You can refer to additional measures in the link below.

  Also I suggest to download the latest version from the msdn Web site and try to install early versions of Microsoft has had issues with UEFI BIOS.

  If the system is delivered with Windows 8 configured then the product key of Windows 8 is under construction on the system board. If you use the msdn download, you will have with the operating system product keys.

  Thanks to everyone who responded to my help regarding my Hp OJ Pro 8625.  After all, I ended up doing a clean reinstall of my MS Windows 7, and reinstalling the Hp JO 8625 Pro software and that's all working now.  Some hoe there is a glitch in my Windows 7 that did not leave the Hp software to install correctly.  Once again thank YOU ALL!
