  I guess that you are referring to the scroll bar in the control multi-column listbox. What does your code when you select a cell? Can you please your postal code so that we can see the behavior you describe? It is possible that you are blocked the structure of the event, as in performing an operation long in case the treatment cell selection. In this case, the structure of the event must wait until the event ends before being able to respond to the next event. You can configure the event to not lock the front panel until the event ends.

• Multicolumn list Configuration file

  I'm trying to make use of multi-column listbox to create a user interface of façade friendly, easy to use for the creation of a configuration file. I wish I had 2 drop-down lists: (1) contains a master list of hardware devices available to the user, and (2) the order of the configuration file (contains only the hardware devices to the needs of the user).

  Ideally, I would like to be able to lock the name / values of the master list so that the user can edit the information. I tried to make the listbox a typedef / strict typedef, but elements can still be changed. Normally, I would just provide an ENUM control that contained only items available, but I am new to listboxes and I don't know if this is possible or not.

  I use a lot a multicolumn listbox.  A really cool thing you can do with them and what I do now with all my listboxes, is to implement the TS. Live popup.

  With this toolkit, you can apply in the drop down menus to your listbox entries (only the cells in the list box that are registered).  The cells can be recorded/no dynamically at run time.

  I'm under 4.2 APEX.  On a page, we have a configuration of interactive report.  Assume that the table has several lines (> 50 000).  If I click on the header of any column, it gives me the normal capacity of IR integrated sorting ascending or descending.  It also lists what I think distinct values in this column are (don't know if it's really separate or not, I'm just guessing here).  And it has a search/filter box which allows you to search these values "distinct."

  My problem is, this list is not complete.  It seems that it is limited to a number that is hardcoded somewhere (somewhere between 500 and 1000).  I don't see all the settings that allow me to configure this behavior.

  Of course, we can use the 'main' search bar and have it search for all lines, however there is a particular requirement for this filtering feature to work with the full list as well.

  If you change the column definition for the coumn under set the Filter Type of column to one of the other options like 'User defined list of values to exact match filter' from the list of values.  You can then specify the query used to generate this list.  You could use something like that I have listed below to grab the first 20000 records.

  It searches by name of product very well but when I select the NAME of the listing select AGENT and then he shows me the ERROR: INVALID NUMBER.

  You cannot use the nvl ("tank", number) in this way. Data types in an nvl must be the same

  a quick fix would be to do this:

  NVL(:P25_AGENT_NAME,'0') = '0'

  This will be done by any user to the Administrators group. Just to make this group as grp directors of that organization, then you can search only users in this org.

  Organization > Manage > administrative group > select your group

  I want to know that it is there a way to select a complete line of MultiColum list box to the Table or on the criminal Front and then paste on the next line. Sound a bit identical to microsoft Excel when you select a complete row and coloum and then paste it in any row or column and all values are pasted. The program, I'm requires me to write a lot of values all together in the multi column list box and then copy the same values with just a little change (perhaps in a column) and then write it again...

  Right-click on your multi column list box. Under selection mode, select the whole line to highlight

  Under Drag and Drop, select allow dragging and allow a fall.

  Run your vi, select a line, hold down the control button and drag the line to the next column.

  attached VI is in LV2010. Run the vi in continuous mode and try what I said

  By using the function viFindRsrc (as in the example of FindRsrc_CVI.cws), I get the name of the resource only: "ASRLxx::INSTR" (viFindRsrc.jpg attachment).
