They all work very well except that if I received an email on my default account, and then try to send a response, the response is not sent and ends again in my Inbox.   You can not. Two Apple factor authentication is a feature of iOS and OS X, based on your AppleID being associated with iCloud account to send and receive authentication 6-digit codes. An AppleID that is not associated with iCloud account cannot be used for 2-factor authentication.

  The procedure described in this document has worked in my case: for each defined user to logon Windows I had to change an entry in the Windows registry manually:

  HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows

  If you are using Windows Mail, then you can set message rules to divert two addresses to different folders.  My program WMIDs mimics the functionality of identities of ENP (see www.oehelp.com/WMIDs/) but it does NOT work with Windows Live Mail.  You can also try compacting and repairing the Windows Mail database to solve problems of parasites.  And beware of antivirus software interfere (see www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3) and for IE9 (see item 15 on the same page).

  If you continue to use Windows Live Mail, then you need to ask in the appropriate forum (http://www.windowslivehelp.com/product.aspx?productid=15), David said, but they are unlikely to solve the problem.
