Two updated reports on a single Page

I have 2 put reports to date on a single page and two updating procedures (one for each report)
Each procedure is related to a different button and calls another procedure in the database

My question is how to tell the procedure page, which report to look?

I'm on the right track

So if the report 1 I use number 1-20, for example, apex_item.hidden(4,geokey)
and report 2, I use the numbering 21-40, for example, apex_item.hidden(22,f.siid).

Yes.

The problem I see, is that the two reports produce a checksum using APEX_ITEM. MD5_CHECKSUM I think you
refer to the update as apex_application.g_fcs procedure.
How can I handle this?

Use apex_item.md5_hidden instead, by specifying an array of different form for each report element.

(Maybe you should ask someone in the new society on their preferred this approach if it is a common practice it...?)

    The best way to do this is by using dynamic measurements. Create a dynamic refresh action for each region that runs when the associated select list is changed:

    Hello
    I have a requirement where I need to have two interactive reports in a page where the user can select lines in the two reports by a line selector & send the page to the transformation.

  • Several interactive reports on a single page?

    I use interactive reports in a few places in an APEX application. I find them valuable as a kind of "generator" that the user can do a lot with.
    On a particular page, I have a radio button, offering to the user two possibilities. As one that they select, I want to show another interactive report. Each of them running different SQL with different number of columns.
    By default I can't do that in APEX 3.1.2 - when I try to add the second I get the message + "interactive report already exists on the page...". "You can only add an interactive report by page +".
    I tried to set the view state so that one wouldn't show, but I'm still not allowed to create the second.
    I guess I could create a branch to two different pages, depending on radio button option the user selects, but the option box is one of a few other entries form I need of the user, the other being a few dates and selections from drop-down list box.
    I want to keep these elements form visible above the interactive report, and I do not know how if I'm leaving braching to different pages for interactive report.

    Hope this makes sense to someone...
    Thank you.

    The best way we found to include several Irs on one page is to copy... Either in the same page or on another page. When copying IR #2, we had the condition for IR #1 set to NEVER. Viewing the report of your choice can be done either by defining a list of radio with submit and conditional display for each report, or by allowing end users to customize the page, with a single report is displayed by default.

    I hope this helps.

    You pay attention to the red line. Here you can see the body of the page, we have 3 columns.

    If you click on the Edit link, you will still see the page in edit mode with 1 single column in the middle (this is normal).

    In the tree view of pages, I create a new link object has ID = "newlink" The link is to 'New Page'.

    (a) arrived to the New Page , I click on the view link to see the page on the portal and then press Ctrl + Shift + E to go into edit mode and here I saw that it is normal with 1 single column in the middle of the page.

    (b) after that, I try to go to the New Page in another way with the link , I create above. And I always display the normal News Page . But when I press Ctrl + Shift + E to go into edit mode, I saw another screen, not like the screen I saw in step a. "We have 3 column in the middle of the page"?

    You have an idea about this?

    Thank you very much!

    Yes, I see the same question in WebCenter Portal 11.1.1.8.6 but switching back and forth between a Page and PageLink cope (via Ctrl + Shift + E) - began to show a box or a column by the suite and the issue is not seen any more that it overrides the settings of the page.

    Another option that I tried and it works for me. Steps are the following:

    Create a copy of the blank Page Style

    Click on change the Source

    Delete the columns or the code for leftWidth and rightWidth ONLY that resembles

    NOTE: Do NOT remove the centerWidth.

    ----------------------

    ----------------------

    Now, create a new page (say MyNewBlankPage) using 'Copy of the blank Page Style' with all the default options (left: 0%, Center: 100%, right: 0%)

    Then, create a new Page link pointing to "MyNewBlankPage" with the value of the parameters as the left: 25%, Center: 50%, right: 25% and click Save

    Show portal, access MyNewBlankPage and press Ctrl + Alt + E for edit to new message and now you will see only 1 box or column of composer.

    Return to the view portal, access the link to the MyNewBlankPage page and press Ctrl + Alt + E to edit the composer. Again, you will see only 1 box or to the composer instead of 3 boxes or 3 columns (i.e. it is not replacing the Page settings when I used the new style (based on the Style of the Page blank) page in which I had removed left & right columns.)

    Also, it seems that this problem is resolved in 11.1.1.9.0 that I am not able to reproduce it.

  • Two Select lists with Submit single page branching to different page each?

    Hi all

    I have a page (No. 1) with two 'select list with Submit"(A and B). This page contains also two branches defined. I want to realize that the first list selection with present (A) would always use the first branching (at page n ° 2) and the select list a second with the submit (B) would use the second fork (at page no. 3).

    How can I achieve this? Y at - it a tutorial describing lists of selection and the ramifications?

    Thank you for your time.

    Daniel

    When the selection list submits the page, the value of "motion" is the name of the selection list item. So all you need to do is add a condition to each Directorate-General: Request = Expression 1 and enter the name of the element (top) in the field of 1 the condition Expression.

    Hi Sebastian,.

    what you want to achieve is indicative of the browser not to send the region A fields when you want to commit region B.

    You have several options:

    (1) do not make the region all the (conditions of the region)
    (2) send any content and to ignore the lines of region A in your area of PL/SQL
    (3) the region has to withdraw before submitting the page (for example with jQuery: jQuery("#__).remove())

    But maybe you should start by rethinking your application, do you really want 2 different TabForms on a single page.

  • Printing of multiple numbers of document/picture on a single page

    I have a separate document for each week of the year, each document has a worksheet in it. I would like to print the worksheets in each document, but want to put more than one of them on a page. Is this possible? So far, I can only print each individual worksheet... Thanks for the tips!

    Hi pmgw,

    I don't know any way to print a table of two separate documents on a single page in a single step. There are several ways to do this using multiple steps.

    1. You can configure individual documents so that the tables you want to place on the printed page even alternate position on their leaves, 1 week at the top, 2 bottom, week 3 on top, etc.
      Two consecutive weeks can then be printed on a single page by printing the first, reinserting the page into the printer using the same orientation *, then print the second.
    2. Open the documents numbers during the two weeks that you want to print.
      In the second, select the table to print. Copy.
      Switch to the first. Click on an empty space on the map. Dough.
      Drag the table glued in position. Print.
      (optional) Select the pasted table and press DELETE.
    3. Open a document of 'Blank canvas' pages.
      Open documents from figures for the two weeks that you want to print.
      Copy and paste the table of each document numbers in the Pages of the document.
      Print.

    Notes:

    Second printing works - Orientation: the best way to ensure that the document is oriented the same for the two rounds is to place a light pencil mark near the center of the edge of the paper closest to you when it is in the tray. After the first run, replace the paper in the tray with the pencil mark in the same position. U

    Table selection: to select an entire table, you can place the mouse pointer on an outer border of the table. When the pointer icon changes to a line crossed by a two-headed arrow, click to select the entire table. Or click the table icon in the sidebar (Numbers ' 09). None of these methods to select a table to move or copy.

    Or (once) click any cell in the table, and then press command + A to select all. Use this method to copy the contents of the table. When glued, the result is the same as copy and paste by using the first two methods.

    The use of the Pages: the advantage of paste tables into Pages is an easier control of the appearance of the printed page. If you do this often, I would say adding guides to layout of the document Pages indicating where to place both calendars, and then deleting the calendars (leaving the guides) and save the document as a template.

    Kind regards

  • I have two docs pdf I used Acrobat to convert word documents.  How can I extract a single page of a doc to be inserted into the other doc?

    I have two docs pdf that I converted into Word using Acrobat Pro documents.  How to extract a single page of the first RFSO and insert it into the second doc?  When I "select all" he seized the entire document.  I need to take pages, other pages and change some of the text.

    HI djlarp,

    Try to triple - click the text you want to select - it can sometimes be difficult to select text in a document converted. If this does not work, it could be that the PDF document is created from a scanned document and OCR is not enabled when you converted the document. (However, OCR is activated by default when converting via ExportPDF site.)

    If you are unable to select text by triple-click, let us know. I'd be happy to look more closely at your files.

    Hi all

    Im trying to make a page where you have a report on the top, and when you click on the link instead go to the form page, the form on the page is on the bottom of the report. Let's say that im trying to send an id from the report to the item below so that I could go get the rest of the element. However when I pass, other elements would still refer to it as null.

    If I am not wrong it could be done with the quote, but I want it to be partial refresh...

    I tried the steps detailed here, but it didn't work when the lower part is an also a report:

    Hello

    Do you mean something like this:

    http://Apex.Oracle.com/pls/Apex/f?p=vincentdeelen:26:26

    If so, you must create a dynamic action with a javascript action to set the id of the report line in the form of code field and further action from pl/sql to retrieve the record based on the identification number. You can use this record to set the shape of other items in the field.

    For the example in the link above, the code is as follows.

    action of javascript:

    var empno = $(this.triggeringElement).find('td[headers="EMPNO"]').text)

    $s ('P26_EMPNO', empno)

    action of PL/SQL:

    declare

    cursor c_emp is

    Select * from EMP

    where empno =: p26_EMPNO;

    BEGIN

    for r_emp looping c_emp

    APEX_UTIL. SET_SESSION_STATE ('P26_ENAME', r_emp.ename);

    APEX_UTIL. SET_SESSION_STATE ('P26_JOB', r_emp.job);

    APEX_UTIL. SET_SESSION_STATE ('P26_MGR', r_emp.mgr);

    APEX_UTIL. SET_SESSION_STATE ('P26_HIREDATE', to_char (r_emp. HireDate, 'dd-mon-yyyy'));

    APEX_UTIL. SET_SESSION_STATE ('P26_SAL', r_emp. SAL);

    APEX_UTIL. SET_SESSION_STATE ('P26_COMM', r_emp.comm);

    APEX_UTIL. SET_SESSION_STATE ('P26_DEPTNO', r_emp. DEPTNO);

    APEX_UTIL. SET_SESSION_STATE ('P26_ORDNO', r_emp.ordno);

    end loop;

    END;

    Make sure you list the item id in the field "Page of Items to submit" and ALL your form elements in the field "Page of Items of return" as follows:
