  This isn't something to ask an Adobe forum... it is your operating system that requires permissions to install the software

  Thank you, in the end it worked.  But first I had to reinstall CC 2015 that something was wrong with the initial installation and the "previous" option was not available.  But now it works fine and I have my 2014 CC comes back with my plugins!

  A blank window appears generally if the Akamai detects that your computer does not meet the minimum system requirements to run the DLM.

  In most cases the JRE or ActiveX controls are not enabled.

  Method 1: Run the troubleshooter of material and check.

  Follow the steps to run the Troubleshooter:

  a. type Troubleshooting in the search bar and click on it.
  b. click hardware and sound.
  c. click on Windows Media Player DVD and follow the instructions.

  Method 2: Uninstall, reinstall the drivers CD/DVD.

  a. press the Windows key + X , and then click Device Manager
