  1. close the Muse

  2. download the MuseLogPrefs.xml file from http://adobe.ly/1OeIMGk and MuseLogSetting.xml ofhttp://adobe.ly/1J6Hyit and save it in your Documents folder

  3. restart Muse, open your file of Muse and preview/publish/export (all that triggers the error)

  4 remove the downloaded files (MuseLogPrefs.xml and MuseLogSettings.xml)

  5. send the file MuseLog.txt in the Documents folder

• How can I remove a shortcut synchronized since my office/wallper?

  OK guys, I tried to copy a shortcut on my desktop, instead, a synchronized on my wallpaper partially reduced Web page. I can't move or delete it. The window contains inactive hypertext links. It contains functional of horizontal and vertical scroll bars, but I can't minimize or maximize. I can drag my other shortcuts just above him, as if it was just a picture.  I tryd to restore the PC to an earlier date and the window/shortcut just reappears.   When I select the window with a click right there is no option 'remove' either.   If I left click on the window, a new window opens on the Web site of reference, as a typical shortcut, but with a single click instead of two.   This pc is windows xp 32-bit, with sp3.  This happened to someone else, and how can I remove this from my wallpaper? According to the Norton anti-virus software, no threats of malware or viruses were detected.

• Remove some fonts ligatures if follow-up greater than 0

  I import files with certain fonts with follow-up set to different sizes. Some fonts with some ligatures do not work when monitoring is a value greater than 0 without first turning off the Standard Ligatures. I use a script that checks to see if these certain fonts are active and if yes then disable ligatures for this font.

  My knowledge of javascript is very basic and I have created this script from especially copy and paste and change things, I found in the guide to script. So, I'm sure that my code could use some better organize. I got it first with a bunch of cases identified and then discovered that I could use the | use multiple values so I thought this might be a better way to write it?

  I want to add another if the statement that first checks to see if these fonts have followed together whatever it is greater than 0, and if yes, then turn off ligatures, but if not keep as their market. They work a lot when the tracking is at 0 and I would like to be able to use them again instead of completely disable the.

  Try to print to PDF. Use the print dialog box, click the pdf button and choose Adobe PDF from the menu drop down. Help to save the file in the format PDF does not use Adobe PDF technology. You can set your default options to create a pdf/x-1.

• TypeKit questions: arrested fonts rendering in IE 9 and Firefox, etc

  A few days ago, we have created an edge animation that uses a Typekit, put police in animation on a web page built with Muse and downloaded that creative cloud site.  Everything worked perfectly on IE, Firefox and Chrome (although the rendering of Chrome all fonts on this site is a little blurry compared to IE and Firefox.)

  Then, yesterday, we noticed that the fonts Typekit has not been made in Firefox; and we noticed that, today, it is renderingin IE.  (Always, displays a little blurry, on Chrome).

  Is this a known issue? Any tips?

  Also: typekit never made the Opera browser fonts (when viewing the hosted site, or when you use overview at the controls of the browser side animate or Muse).

  Also the site has never worked in Safari for Windows

• Typekit falls when it is waiting for CC update

  I work in a large office where software updates are determined by the IT team. In other words, I can't update the application Adobe CC on mine, I need guys to do that for me, sometimes it can take a few days.

  The CC app is updated much, and if that means having to request access again and again. Now multiply that by all the staff that I have and it becomes a big problem.

  The problem:

  When the CC app is in the State of pending update, Typekit Adobe is cut off. All the fonts in my team just stop synchronization, in spite of being connected on CC via! InDesign, it still breaks everything. So for a large organization, this means that typekit is something very difficult to use in a team! I thought that typekit adobe keep fonts synchronized for 90 days, but this isn't the case. It kicked me in the week and now has happened every time that the CC app has been updated in the last 8 months.

  So it seems like a problem with the app CC does not allow Internet via the application while it is in a State of pending update. This means that all Adobe sync settings stop working.

  What is the work here? It's driving me crazy and there could be financial implications if we have work that is due and then suddenly it stops just work.

  About a month or two ago, we reorganized our entire website and used a font typekit on each page of our Web site.  Everything was fine and we love him... until now.  We just did with the 2015.2 update.   When I open the file of our Web site it says that we use a font of the typekit that is not available with our current plan!  Our current plan has not changed.  We have already published our site using this typekit fonts... And now, each of our web pages has duplication of text, photos, captions, etc... It's a mess to say the least.  I'll need help to remedy this situation.  What happens here?

  I tried creative cloud signature and signature as suggested on another thread of discussion.  The police has been 'Futura PT Medium' if that helps anything.

  Please follow the instructions below:

  For Mac->

  (1) sign of Muse (Help menu > Sign Out)

  (2) close all Adobe applications.

  (3) then, open the activity monitor. You can use the spotlight search to look for.

  Quit 4) Adobe all processes including service bureau Adobe Creative cloud, CoreSync,.

  (5) open the Finder. Press command + SHIFT + G set

  (6) in the go to folder dialog box, which appears, type:

  ~/Library/application support/Adobe

  And press return.

  (7) look for a folder named, OOBE. And rename it to OOBE_old

  (8) open the Muse. Then, on the file menu, click on "Add/Remove web fonts. Test if this displays all errors, or load the fonts available.

  For Windows->

  (1) sign of Muse (Help menu > Sign Out)

  (2) close all Adobe applications.

  (3) then, open the Task Manager.

  (4) end Adobe all processes including service bureau Adobe Creative cloud, CoreSync,.

  (5) press the Windows keyboard and the 'R '.

  (6) in the Run dialog box that appears, type:

  And press ENTER.

  (7) in the Local folder that appears, open the Adobe folder and look for a folder named, OOBE; Rename it to OOBE_old

  (8) open the Muse. Then, on the file menu, click on "Add/Remove web fonts. Test if this displays all errors, or load the fonts available.

  I seem to be having problems with Typekit synchronization with my CC apps. The CC app does not show that I have all the fonts synchronized, and none of my apps present CC fonts that should be synchronization. But on Typekit all my fonts are there, and he said: they are synchronized.

• Unlicensed fonts Typekit Adobe (font server)

  Currently, our company is in negotiations with the granting of licenses for the full range of Adobe CC.

  We seek to use the Adobe - Typekit font server as it becomes part of licensing, but we believe that we met a huge obstacle.

  We came to understand that Typekit does not like the free fonts that have not been acquired through their list of registered foundries.

  The problem is, we have literally thousands that have been collected over the years, we would need to import.

  I'm sorry for any confusion here, but is not software of management of Typekit fonts.  Typekit is a trustee of the library of fonts that are available for use on the web and in your desktop applications.  Fund policies are synchronized on your computer thanks to the application of creative cloud.

  It is not possible to use Typekit to manage fonts that you have purchased and installed on your computer, however.  You would continue to manage these fonts with your current software, such as the book of fonts and Suitcase Fusion.

  Can someone tell me please the procedure to remove fonts? What are the steps to get permission to delete.  Other Shoulde not deleted.  I have so many duplicates and it takes me way to long to choose anything.  I have the option delete when I checed police right-click, then secuity screener pops up, and then when I say "Yes, I take action", the small circle of 'thinking' of Vista turns nothing happens.  The circle goes away and the rest of the police.

  The problem seems to be with true type fonts.  Open type deletions are fine for most - some are refused, but thatss ok - they are in the minority.   There is little chance of other types, but I have not tried to remove. Thank you very much.

  I suggest that you put the computer in a clean boot state and try to remove the fonts from the computer.

  To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows Vista or Windows 7 by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

• How to remove a protected system font

  I am running Windows 7

  I would like to delete a specific font, (Yannick). I was unable to do so, an error message that it is a 'protected system police' and it cannot be deleted. I need to find a way to replace it.

  This policy slowly took on my Facebook page. I was unable to find a cause for this, and the page became almost unreadable. No other page was hit. I guess that if the police is deleted it cannot be displayed on the Facebook page.

  I have no conceivable reason to never need this font.

  Can someone tell me please how to replace this "Protected" status and I would like to remove this font?

  If you delete fonts, all the pages that use it will show blocks and symbols of the error.  I do not recommend trying this.

  I would fix the fundamental problem, such as resetting your browser so that it uses is more incorrect fonts. For example, in Internet Explorer, click Internet Options, advanced and click on the reset button of the bottom.

• How to remove fonts that it's 'in service', even if it's not?

  Yesterday, I installed a font "Helvetica Neue Condensed Bold.ttf". Today, while on Tumblr, I noticed that the police were different, or even the police, I installed yesterday. I also noticed the font used for many other websites that I went too and I know that is not a coincidence because the same sites display a more regular font such as Arial or whatever they use.   Please help me solve this problem, I had much rather not have to throw my computer out the window.

  Welcome to the Microsoft Community and thanks for posting the question.

  According to the description, you can not remove a font.

  The Windows fonts folder itself is using the font, so why you cannot remove fonts - that is the same tool that you use to remove the font is using said police and so the lock file!

  When in click Fonts folder:

  Organize > Layout > uncheck "Aspect" > now try to remove the police.

  I did a test by myself: my website http://DAS-werbeatelier.de now (since yesterday) use "Lato" Edge-Webfont.

  I m sure, this isn't the right way to test, but I took 'Google Page speed Insight' with a result of 47 (mobile) (bad) and 58 (desktop).

  Before yesterday the same website also used Lato - but as police auto-hébergées on my server.
