However, the usb keyboard that I tied this USB is connected with my usb port on the computer.

  Similarly, I connect this usb with some old marks of Dell systems model Gx optiplex 260 and it has been detected it too much and at the same time not detected by any other pc that stood out...

  Why is this usb detected now only by the usb ports on my keyboard and not by my pc as it was earlier detected by my pc.

  I tried several solution but nothing works even with kaspersky scanner last definition.

  It is certainly possible.

  If there is no problem, because of incompatibilities, it triggers a failed configuration error, the service profile is related to the new blade.

  In this case, the limitations will be considered, but minus the value will raise the effect indeed. To take your example:

  When you make a call to 384 kbit/s from SubZone2 to DefaultSZ, VCS will deduct the bandwidth in SubZone2 384 and 384 of the bandwidth in the pipe. So you have only 128 available in available in the SubZone2 pipe and 0. Therefore, when you make the second call of the subzone2, VCS refuses the call and it even will not consider the banwidth available in the pipe, because the appeal has not reached even the hose, once he has yet come out of default subfield.
