Ugh, creative cloud update fails - new!
Crying out loud adobe, whenever bloody, that you update cc, it will fail to install on my mac with a variety of error codes different. Today, it is 1002.
Uninstall isn't working, cleaner was always inefficient, so now I'm back for the rigmarole of contact support and let them remotely access my computer I have absolutely bloody hate to do.
It is high time that someone out there has been addressed, I'm sick to the teeth of the bottom with her.

Have had no problems with the desktop app creative cloud until yesterday. The popup of the indicated software I had to update the soft CC. It failed with the error code: 1001.

2015 MacPro, Adobe CC2015 last updated with the exception of creative cloud and bridge, OS X 10.10.5
OK, that can be a pain, but I solved the problem and created a new.
1. After following the instructions above and still not be able to install the desktop CC app, I tried to update an individual program by selecting 'Help' in the main menu of an open Adobe application, then selecting "Check for updates". Unable to update any application in this way. Just got an error message that the program might be corrupted.
2. oh well, read a bit more online on the use of the Adobe CC cleaning tool and after saving all presets, etc. decided to "all clean." Danger, do not take this lightly. He cleaned more than what I've read he would.
3. this clean all "visibly" deleted all my Applications folder Adobe applications, but not actually delete the hard drive. At least the available disk size has not changed and there are no applications to the trash. So they must be here somewhere too much room. Created problem.
4. find an obscure post associated download Adobe Application Manager with a link. After installing or really re - install this application (twice), then opening the application, creative application Cloud Desktop appears suddenly. So I guess that the installation of Adobe Application Manager automatically installs Creative Cloud Desktop app?
5. connected to CC with the CC desktop app and am now re - download Adobe CC applications.

Why the creative cloud update fails to install?
I can't use my creative cloud because he keeps trying to install an update, and fails. How to solve this?

I tried to uninstall DW CS6 and downloading/installing at least twice and always end up here.
(Note that I have CC DW & a beta installed too).

I'm sorry - my Mac recently have a utility called xtraFinder that, among other things, ordered files on top (windows style) - something that I didn't used to, when I jumped in the utilities and types "teen," he showed me a few Adobe files and not file (since it's at the top)...
As user error, even if I was a Mac guru for an eternity.
I removed anyway - DW CS6 using this link and removed the CC DW too, because I suspected that was causing the problem.
Then, I installed DW CS6 and updated it is fine.
Then, I installed DW CC and updated it is fine.
Finally, all right.
Thanks for your help, without which I would not have reached the solution.

Creative cloud update failed - no error message
Started about 01:00 it not start 03:30 by selecting just update. Asked for the password, started the download, disappeared and looking at my iMac Activity Monitor, it says the installer creative cloud (no response). Once again. I think I restarted as many times I used to do in Windows. I'm under El Capitan Mac OS on an iMac. I tried various methods to solve the problem, finally resorted to remove content from the OOBE directory. I can't uninstall. I can not install. I can restart and reproduce the problem. It will not be updated.
Adobe, you are the most beautiful picture I've ever used editing software. You are one of the best pieces of software for editing and especially cataloguing and managing images autour and I love LR mobile!
This cannot be said for the creative cloud desktop application itself. Let us be clear: the app works fine and does what it is supposed to do. But every few iterations of the app I do one of these autour and around and around and around mess trying to get the thing dang to UPDATE. Uninstall, update, delete, whatever.
Once again:
a. I can't restart the CC Office application after a failure to update.
b. the app starts after rebooting my iMac, but that only results in a loop back to (a) above.
c. I can't upgrade to the current version of the CC desktop application.
d. I can't reinstall the CC desktop application.
e. I can remove the OOBE directory, restart my iMac, relaunch the CC desktop application, sign in with my Adobe ID and password, but then, I'm back in (a), see above.
Also, I keep on notice to get the app to work already (when there's nothing by Adobe in my activity monitor) when I try to uninstall and when, oh, I forgot. I am tired.
Finally also a dialogue that:
"The"Creative cloud"application is not open more."
.. .and a little [OK] button.
My iMac is restarted, even once, will solve the problem. Which brings me to (a) above.

Creative cloud updates fail to install on Yosemite
Hi - I use CC on a MacPro with the latest version of Yosemite. When I try to use the CC updater to install a new version of one or the other of the programs it fails with the following message: "Update Failed - could not retrieve the downloaded son. Try to press to redownload again. (U44M1: 210) ».

Since I upgrade Muse CC 2014.3 all my creative cloud updates fail with u44m1p34. How can I fix?
Also launch Bridge CC app and then click the Help menu and select updates and check.
This error occurs when the application is moved or installed on the other deafuly of different place.
The error code changed since you renamed the folder of caps.
However, you can try updating in the Help menu of the bridge CC.

I was on a trial and today I paid for and a subscription. Adobe cloud said it had to be updated. Whenever I try, I get: update fails - creative cloud, updated installation. "Cannot be updated, the error code 50."

Creative cloud updates for after effects CC, CC InDesign, Premiere Pro CC and CC FAIL ALWAYS Prelude. Other updates arrive and install, but not those four. This happened more than three months. When Adobe will fix this?

I ran repair disk, I run permissions repair several times. I've disabled the creative cloud together apps and uninstalled and reinstalled and it's always the same.

Creative cloud Updater does not open
The Creative cloud update presents 3 new updates (in the OS X toolbar), but when I click it, the popup window opens and the wheel of progress will run until the end of time, if I click there to close. The creative application of the Cloud itself is displayed as disabled, but if I click on it, the same popup appears with the same behavior. Option to open as window opens a window. Also, I can't leave, that is nothing I do has no effect on one of these 2 apps.
It's relatively new behavior, i.e. Since the last update to creative cloud. I did not bring any changes to the system (OS X 10.10.4) so I guess there is a problem with the latest version of creative cloud.
So much for the update controls were not to build in the applications themselves, so that I could run Photoshop, for example, and check the updates from there instead of being dependent on these programs of buggie (why do we need these two anyway?).
