• New additional break line when a record has a field that contains characters of new line

  I have problems to queue a file without blank lines. I noticed that the problem is THAT SQLPLUS is extra line breaks just after returning from a recording that has the characters of new line in. See screenshot below:

  

  Note that there is an extra line break after recording that says "multiple multiple line1 & line2".

  Is there a parameter of SQLPLUS that I can use to get rid of the extra line? If not, what are the other options that I can use to get rid of him.

  I can't really use sed UNIX because there could be a field that contains a blank line.

  SQL Plus adds a record separator (default empty line) when the column value is wrapped.

  You can change the default value to observe behavior.

  I have a template for Word I'm trying to reproduce in Indesign for a book project:

  

  I used the hanging indents here to separate the initials of someone from their speech in a transcript. Using a tab at the beginning I can achieve. However, in InDesign, I seem to have to use two characters of tab for each new paragraph - is it possible so that InDesign can behave in the same way as Word?

  This must be one of the least useful help topics.

  You need that a tab in the paragraph, between the initials and their speeches. Everything is managed through dashes, and it's best handles in a paragraph Style (a you actually need two styles if there is more than one paragraph per person), in the withdrawal and spacing screen in the style definition window.

  The first paragraph, set the left indent value. Which is how long you want the text of the speech from the edge of the frame. Then set the withdrawal of first line to a negative value, the same number, so the initials are on hunting left in thypically. You can add spaces before or after the space here, too, if you want paragraphs spacing as they are in your first example. Now go to the screen of the tabs in the dialog box and define a left-aligned tab at the same position as the left indent.

  For the following, your new style can be based on the first style, but the withdrawal of first line value of 0. It's the only thing you have to change here, but you can remove the tab if you want (or not, because at this point it will never get used).

  If there is always at least two paragraphs, you can set the second style be the following Style for the first (in the general screen). If the number of points may vary, with two styles and put 'same style' as the next style for your second. If there is always a fixed number of paragraphs, you can create a style for each of them (according to them) and set the style in a rolling loop so the last paragraph has the style of the first paragraph as its next style. This way you can just typing away and do not testify to a style. Whenever you press the Enter key, the following style will be applied to the new paragraph.

  As far as I remember, it really is the same way, we need to do it in Word.

  1. Why do you call handleCurrencyChangeEvent in the event to add a line? Simply set the useful, likely of the values in the line it himself.

  ex:-instead of calling the handleCurrenyChange method, simply add the below lines inside the createDetailRow()

• Are the new handles on the part forms live line tool? Can I turn off?

  I been wireframing in Illustrator for many years and part of my approach widely used the line Segment tool. I've just updated Illustrator for the first time in a while.

  My workflow is: select the line tool and then drag, click and drag the end point of the segment just drew and drag the end point of the last segment drawn, perhaps add and pointing arrow or some other setting appropriate at the end of the line.

  From today I can no longer do that because the segment of the line "just comic" has what I believe are handfuls of live form on which makes it impossible to start a new segment of line directly on top of the end of the line "just" segment

  I now have the tools, clear line, switch back to the line Segment tool and continue.

  I spent the afternoon frustrated and try to find a work around. Unfortunately, after so 12 plus years in Illustrator, I feel I might have to find another solution to work in...

  Is there a way to disable these new handles?

  I would like to ask a question on the characters of new line inside files SQL scripts. I have a very long SQL query, stored in a file txt (ANSI encoding). Because query instructions are very long (several table joins and WHERE conditions) tried to separate, WHERE and ORDER BY clauses by inserting several new characters of lines (just hit the entrance) among them in order to improve the clarity of the source code. Now the problem is, whenever these newline characters are inserted in the file, apparently SQL * Plus cannot parse the file properly and gives me the following error message:

  SP2-0734: unknown command beginning "myenterpri..." - rest of line ignored.

  The problem is definitely related to these new line because characters that when I remove them, the scripts runs without any problem. I would appreciate that you could kindly guide me how should I deal with this problem. Is there any SQL * Plus command to run to correctly interpret the new line characters?
