  Ugh. So close to cancel Adobe Stock.

  So we have right - 11 seats for creative cloud and a subscription to the Stock.

  I have (the admin) am the only person who can see all image credit or access any credit picture in Stock.

  After 3 chat sessions - each person who gives me a different answer - saying they have solved (clearly not) and someone from Adobe who should call me this morning and did not - we are close to solving it.

  I'll ask the team to support handling this track with you.

  There are currently 7 CC seating.  When one of these users will connect to stock.adobe.com, the drop-down list should show a personal option and "Team name" option & they should select the option "name of the team.

  It is very interesting that you have responded to me somehow with a different Adobe ID. I've seen in the past where a customer has several Adobe ID, associated with an e-mail address and it could be the source of your problem.

  I would recommend going to Contact Customer Services and telling them you have several identifiers of Adobe. They can help you set a unique ID for Adobe.

  If after you contact, you still see the research question please let me know and I can help you troubleshoot further.

  So, I've been a user of istockphoto for many years and was attracted by large collection of Adobe Stock images and art.

  I called Adobe and talked to an old man who struggled with what he was even talking or sale. I was very patient with him and finally crossed and "bought" that he sold - an account of the TEAM of Adobe Stock. His exact words and sale is that "no one on your team can login and use your team - all they need is an Adobe ID. Large. So I am, right?

  Days pass by, and for the life of me I can't understand why my team can't connect to our account TEAM.   Are you saying that you have followed the instructions provided by Brad, I downloaded my 10 free images and they all have the Adobe watermark on them, so I can't use them. Why do they have a watermark on them?  and you are unable to download images without the watermark? Please provide the steps that you use to better we can help you with your problem.

  We have an account of the Adobe CC team. We share libraries successfully team with images appearing without watermark - large licensed.

  However, we bought an image Adobe stock for a particular project. This project is being developed by a freelancer who has working access to the CC library associated with the purchased image. They can not see the image without watermark.

  Can someone tell how to work effectively on this or if we hit a limitation of Adobe Stock?

  Go to stock.adobe.com and log in with the user ID Adobe that you purchased the image.

  Click on the Images link at the top right of the page to go to your history of license

  Click on the thumbnail of the image of the image you want to use to access the page of image details

  In the center of the details page, you will see a big blue to choose link where you want to save the image to
