I can't open or use pay Adobe Stock images

For two days each time you upload a photo in Adobe Stock I have to open with the latest version of photshop or other recent versions of the Adobe programs. I already paid for two licenses, and I can't see or work with files standard jpg, like other companies that sell photographs. It is a fraud because I never had any problems so far. Adobe requires that the company buy new versions to use the photos. Can someone give me an answer to this .It is a vector image (.ai). You need to open them in Illustrator. Then you can scale it to the size however you want, then save them as .jpg, .png, .gif, or .svg.
To avoid getting these in your search deselect vectors in your research.

Can we control the use on Adobe Stock photos - even if they are free of rights?
I work for a financial institution and use the photos of the reserve. Our current stock photo company says that Adobe Stock follow us all usage on the photos we use (something that we do not have to do right now). I don't see anything saying that - but I don't want if sign up for the Stock and then know we actually do. Can someone help me?

Control of disk runs whenever I starts and then displays windows so I guess it solves the problem, but I can't open any websites, even if I get to the internet. I got my connection verified by my internet provider and I had my system examined by the technical service of my provider of virus & protection all to nothing does not. Where can I find the results of analysis of disk verification? It basically says the disc must be check for compatibility, but at the end of the analysis, it publishes results for just a second. When the chkdsk /r is running clean (it may take more than one pass), reboot and see if chkdsk wants to run again or not, and then query the dirty bit again if you don't know what it is in the State. The volume must be "not dirty" or chkdsk will want to turn on every restart, until it is.
Once in the Recovery Console, follow these steps:
The Recovery Console allows base as file commands: copy, rename, replace, delete, chkdsk, fixboot, fixmbr, cd, etc.

A good idea before you start things must first verify the integrity of your file system by using the chkdsk command.
In the command prompt window, run the chkdsk command on the drive where Windows is installed to try to fix any problems on the afflicted player.

I just down loaded captivate 8 as a trial. I have download sw both Extractor file in my download folder, but I can't open the software. I get the following error: archive part of Adobe Captivate 8 (64-bit) file is missing. You need all parts in the same folder in order to extract captivate 64bits. Download all the parts.
Any suggestions?
