Unable to access WiFi

Having problems with my laptop, I did a factory reset using a Dell disc kindly mailed to me. Everything seems to be ok, but I can't access WiFi. Nothing appears in network and sharing Center, the only options I get is to connect using an ethernet cable or via dial-up. There is no option of WiFi at all. I activated, but that makes no difference.

I've been on the Dell drivers & downloads, entered my serial number and downloaded the drivers, but nothing at all so far has activated the WiFi.
I tried to "create a new connection", but does not show anything. I think I've tried practically everything obvious, but I can't get access to the WiFi.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have WiFI at the back, I was advised to check what device manager with a yellow exclamation point, which showed there was a problem of sub network, so I right click to update the driver and everything works now.

Thanks for all the help.
