Original title: New Windows 8 setup cannot connect to the store or to run existing applications. Error 0 x 80070032.

I bought a new HP desktop computer and the Windows 8 installer with my existing Microsoft Account.  Loaded all my office applications (Office 365, Quickbooks, Firefox, Chrome, Foxit Phantom, iTunes, several printers) and everything seemed fine.  I then know not only all my Apps were synchronized.  When I try to go to the store, it says "we were not able to connect to the Bank. It could have happened because of a delay of network connection server problem. Please wait a few minutes and try again. "When I click 'Try Again', the store opens, but if I try to download an App I get an error 0 x 80070032.

I went to a local account and vice versa and also to an another Microsoft Account and vice versa.  Nothing helps.

Also, if I click on some of the Apps I have, like the live tile of Bing, it flashes on the screen of Bing and then returns to the start screen.

I don't want to have to start over after spending many hours this thing with all my software from loading.  Help!

  • Unable to access iTunes Store for the iPhone 5 ongoing iOS 9.3.2

    Hello

I am trying to access iTunes store from my iPhone 5 running latest iOS 9.3.2. When I open the video application, I see the message "no content. You can download videos from the iTunes Store. However, I don't see any button or anything I can use to navigate. No search option and nothing.

I tried to go to the app Store in iTunes on the app store. I see a link "Visit iTunes store", but tapping on it takes me nowhere. Looks like I'm stuck somewhere.

What is the problem? Any suggestions?

    Muthu-

You must go to the app Store in iTunes:

If you do not find this application on your phone (does show via phone projector search screen?), then check if you have hidden it via settings > general > Restrictions > iTunes Store 'off '.

  • Unable to access the store using the proxy server.

I'm in Windows 8. I'm unable to access the app Store. He said:-"we were not able to connect to the Store. This could not have come because of a problem with the server or the connection network has expired. Please, wait a few minutes and try again.and some other applications also. I use a 1.1 proxyserver (squid) that requires basic authentication.
However I m able to use some of them as weather, maps, etc.

I read solutions who suggested to temporary disable firewall and antivirus for test, I even try it but fails again.

Other suggestions where has been going for windows 8.1 upgrade level, but how can I get this update, as it is downloaded in store that I can't access. Help, please.

    Hi Anand,

Your computer is connected to a domain?

Using a proxy server can allow the administrator to limit access to the Internet.

You can reduce the effect of these problems by allowing unauthenticated through your proxy server access. We recommend that you enable unauthenticated access only for connections to URLs used by each application that has a problem. Some proxy servers may suggest that you create a list of URLs (also known as the 'white list') permissions.

Please refer to the article to address these issues that relate to the use of Windows Store apps or use of Microsoft applications that are included with Windows Update or Windows 8, you can include the addresses mentioned in the article in a list of permissions ('white list') on your proxy server and enable HTTP and HTTPS access for them :

The use of proxies authenticated with Windows 8

For more information, see the article:

Using the Proxy selection and Proxy bypass lists

  • Unable to access windows store

I can't connect to the Bank and I can't access internet from the splash screen and other applications like weather, etc.  But I can access internet from bureau tile and open sites.

    thanx

If possible, I would setup the Windows 8.1 update.  The store was completely rebuilt (as several other very deficient applications).  8.1 update is free, but unfortunately you can be difficult to obtain because it takes that to start the update from within the app Store.  Future updates do not (thankfully, they have understood what a terrible idea that was), but there is no other way to obtain it.

One thing, could you check it is the proxy settings. I doubt it will solve because it is an intermittent problem, but it is still worth a check.  Open IE, go to Internet Options.  On the Connections tab, click on "Network settings", then uncheck all the boxes and click OK and try to use the store again.

  • Stupid problem... can't access app store

Hi, because of a failure of ssd, I installed on an old hdd 250 GB mountain lion. This facility is very good, and I want to upgrade to the el capitan.

I click the app store icon and click on hard find sign in button, where I'm presented with a newspaper of apple in the box. I enter my email address and password and I get a red text "an apple id verification code is required to sign in. type your password followed by the verification code displayed on your other devices."

how my phone buzzing, shows my location (some 300 miles away), I click on allow and shows me a 6 digit number.

nothing has changed and I click on connect, and then he asked me if ive forgot my password.

my password is correctly typed in

Straight forward: on your Mac you filled password123456 (which means that your password Apple ID, followed directly by the verification code)?

  • UNABLE TO ACCESS ITUNES STORE TO WINDOWS 10 HELP

When I try to access Itunes store from within the itunes program, I get a message that I am not connected to the internet.  Well, actually, I'm connected.

Windows 10 is notorious for not running programs that you can run before. My guess would be that it's Windows 10 and not your connection. I think that there is a way to convert the version of Windows you were using before. I went back to using Windows 7 after problems similar to this and it ran fine after

  • Unable to access iBooks Store for iPad after upgrade to iOS 9.3.3.

We do not seem to access my iPad iBooks store 2 Air or my wife Mini 4 iPad after upgrading iOS 9.3.3 machines. When you click on any of the icons store across the lower part of the application, we get a blank white page. We can access all our books purchased on the iCloud, but cannot look for first timers. The iBooks app seems to work normally on my iPhone 6 after the iOS upgrade. Anyone else has a similar problem?

Yes. Double-click the home button on the iPad and the iBooks app sliding upwards and out of the screen to close.

Click on the home button to return to the home screen, then hold home and power/sleep buttons for 10-15 seconds or until the Apple logo appears.

Reset draw iPads. Let them restart and try opening the iBooks App again.

No data should be lost by the present.

  • I am unable to download app store of windows 8

My problem occurred for a long time (since I bought windows 8). I have read all the threads associated with my question, but I could not. First, I opened the windows store 8 and I try to download an application (not talking modern app, any application ui). In the top right it is written that the installation "(nom de l'app)". " first of all download doesn't start, then after a few minutes, it says "pending". What should I do? I downloaded not even a single application of windows store 8. Please help me.

I faced the same problem as you and here's what helped to solve the problem. The solution was given to me by a member of the community.

"Run SFC analysis and try to install the application.
Run the scan tool (SFC) System File Checker and check if it works.

    a. press the Windows key + X , and then click (Admin) command prompt.
    b. type the command: sfc/scannow , and then press enter.
    c. restart the computer and check. »

Note: Make sure to open the prompt as an administrator ("run as Administrator")
The tool will do a sweep, which will take time. In my case it has detected corrupted files and repair the. My applications pending started downloading immediately.
    Hope this helps

  • can I access simultaneously several regions from app store?

Is it possible to access app store both countries on the same device at the same time? I have VISA cards for both regions, but it seems that if I change my region I won't lose my apps in the other region. I need my two countries apps on my phone at the same time (for example, my Australian Bank application and my UK application). Anyone know if this is possible?

    N °

In order to maintain an AppStore account in two countries at the same time requires two different Apple ID. You must also provide a credit card issued by a Bank, in each country, with a verifiable billing address in each country. But the killer in the case, is that your iOS device can be associated with an Apple ID every 90 days. Once you have signed in the UK account that you would be locked out of the Australian account for 90 days.
