These messages are not errors and not necessarily a cause for concern. It is related to the management of the internal cache of restoration progress and can help increase the number of db_writer_processen. Thank you
Any help appreciated. This message indicates that Oracle wants to re-use a redo log file, but
the
associated with corresponding control point is not over. In this case,.
Oracle
Wait for the control point is carried out entirely. This situation
may be encountered especially when transactional activity is
important.search for:
-Background checkpoint started.
-Control your mat point. These two statistics should not differ more than once. If it is
not true, your base weighs on the control points. LGWR does not reach
continue
next write operations that ends the control points.Three reasons may explain this difference:
-A frequency of control points which is too high.
-A control points are starting but not filling not
-One DBWR writing too slowly. How to resolve incomplete control points is through tuning
control points and
newspapers:(1) gives the checkpoint process more time to scroll through newspapers
-Add more redo log groups
-increase the size of the logs again
(2) to reduce the frequency of control points
-increase the LOG_CHECKPOINT_INTERVAL
-increase the size of newspapers in restoration online
(3) improve the effectiveness of the control points for the CKPT process
CHECKPOINT_PROCESS = TRUE
(4) set LOG_CHECKPOINT_TIMEOUT = 0. This disables the verification script
based on
time interval.
(5) another way to solve this error is for DBWR to write quickly
the dirty
buffers to disk. The parameter associated with this task is:DB_BLOCK_CHECKPOINT_BATCH.
DB_BLOCK_CHECKPOINT_BATCH specifies the number of blocks that are
dedicated
inside the batch size for writing the control points. When you want to
speed up
control points, it is necessary to increase this value. -
Thread 1 cannot allocate new logs, 714 - Checkpoint sequence is not complete
I work in a database of Oracle 10 g running on RHEL. The alert_*.log file is to turn off this type of text for the past months:
Thread 1 Advanced to record the sequence 713 (LGWR Switch)
Current log #2 seq # 713 mem # 0: /dbfiles/.../onlinelog/filename.log
Current journal #2...
Thread 1 cannot allot of new newspapers, sequence 714
Checkpoint is not complete
Ideas to get pointed in the right direction is appreciated.
Thank you in advance,
WesThis message indicates that Oracle wants to re-use a redo log file, but the current position of the control point is always in this newspaper. In this case, Oracle must wait until the position of the control point passes this newspaper. Because the objective of additional control point never accused tail current log more than 90% of the smallest size of log file, this situation might be met if DBWR writing too slowly, or if a log switch occurs before the log is completely filled,
or if the size of the log files is too small. When the database is waiting on the checkpoints, redo generation is stopped until the journal is made.Add the additional newspaper group

Tried to install new software on my Mac and will not complete and partially seized computer.
See above - hesitate to try the Setup again and lose the use of the computer.
If he has problems with the update of Firefox or with the permissions then best is to download the full version and trash the version currently installed to do a fresh install of the new version.
Download a new copy of the Firefox application and save the file to disk on the desktop image
- Firefox 29.0.1: http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all.html
- Basket of the current application of Firefox (open the Applications folder in Finder and drag the Firefox application to the trash) to do a cleanup (re) install
- Install the new version you downloaded

Your personal data are stored in the Firefox profile folder, so you will not lose your bookmarks and other data to personal when you uninstall and (re) install Firefox.

Cannot allocate New Log Error and transactions
Oracle 9.2.0.4
The user runs a report that executes PL/SQL. A SELECT dynamiic statement is generated and executed. This particular request is long term and ends when an error message "Unable to allocate new logs" appears in the database alert log file. The report shows no selected data. No Oracle error have been raised/caught in the trap during the course of the PL/SQL report. Immediately, the user runs the same exact report again and gets the selected data.
My questions:
Can the occurrence of an "Unable to allocate new logs" entry to the database alert file cause queries to long term to retrieve any data?
Can there be a setting in the database triggers an error ORA - so that the report could identify when this happens?
I know that the DBA should treat the cause. I just want to know what the report of PL/SQL can do to intercept it when it arrives.
Thank youCan the occurrence of an "Unable to allocate new logs" entry to the database alert file cause queries to long term to retrieve any data?
Unless there is a software bug, 'impossible to allocate new log' can freeze the instance of database for a while, but that's all.
Can there be a setting in the database triggers an error ORA - so that the report could identify when this happens?
As far as I know, no.
9.2.0.4 is an Oracle either fully supported version. You must spend at least 10g.

Hello
I have a Windows 2003 server and get error (Server 2003) 2019: the server was unable to allocate from the system non-paged pool because the pool was empty.
If anyone has encountered this error and has an instruction step by step to solve this problem please let me know.
appreciate the help!

After effects error: unable to allocate image buffer space
I have am having some problems with After Effects, very inconsistent glitch, but I get the error message "effects error: unable to allocate space for an image buffer 7500 x 4500.» You may experience fragmentation. In the memory and multiprocessing preference dialog box, try increasing the RAM to leave for other applications, selecting the option enable disk Cache in the Media & Disk Cache Panel ". ".
Pretty simple, but I have a brand new 8 dual core 2.25 Mac Pro with 16 GB of Ram. I set it to allow other applications to use 7 GB, have ridden this setting between 1 and 5 GB and still got the same error message. Disk cache is set to 3 GB, pushed all the up to 7 GB and still got the same message. I work in 1080 p, but I got the error message with Open GL, resolution of the watch and was not yet try to RAM Preview. I also noticed with a 1080 p .mov animation codec the video right after that the effects will be RAM Preview, only 7 seconds. There's no other layers or effects. I have all my source images in a folder, I'll try that next. I'm out of a fast internal hard drive that is not what they drive system. It also seems that this happens after I used the computer for a while. If I restart the problem will usually go away for a little while.
I think I may have a larger system error, the computer locked once bad after I got it a few weeks and since that happened that CS4 has been unstable in general, especially Photoshop and Bridge. My guess is bad RAM, but I wanted to make sure I was not missing something with my settings of AE. If anyone has any input, please let me know. Thank you.

Initially the target was fixed at 3 GB of a SGA_MAX_SIZE but I dropped it up to 2048 M.
I guess that the DB to the where the error happens as the export will fail from there. Now, when I went from the size of the target, I would have guessed that the shared_pool would have increased on the DB but it didn't. How can I get my db to get more space for the shared pool and actually complete my recovery.

There is always a problem with error ORA-04031 in 32 bit OS. However, it comes to Database 11G, then I would say to let oracle manage the pool rather doing this bu yourself. I would suggect to remove all manually allocation pool and 1 single value memory_target parameter and restart the database. Oracle MSA will take care of the rest.

I have a new Windows 2008 R2 Standard Server. The original question started with W32Time won't start do not, but I think that it comes to this issue. When I look at the 'owner' of the C:\ drive it shows "TrustedInstaller" as long as the current owner. When I try to replace the owner of the server administrator account, I get this error:
Unable to set new owner the disk Local (c). Access is denied.
Any ideas?

Thank you
HariWhy not just increase the size of your shared_pool_size parameter? It is not very big at the moment, maybe make 1 G.
And while you're at it, you need to sort the PGA. You have the overall goal set at less than 1 G, and at the same time you have set the limit of session pgamax_size to more than 1 G, which is impossible. -

Thank you.possible bug if its actually not too much else at the time. Raise a SR a lot of bugs on 4031 s. You may be troubleshooting uselessly for centuries, otherwise.
