Unable to connect to APEX after changing the IP address of the server

Hello

After changing the IP address of my DB server, my DB works perfectly.
However, I can connect only to APEX locally using localhost in the URL. I can not connect to APEX of remote machines, although I can connect to the DB of remote machines using SQL Developer very well.

Do I need to make changes to the gateway PL/SQL embedded, that I use to connect to the APEX? How can I do?

With EPG, you don't need to make any configuration changes, you have to work on the new IP/hostname.

You could try running the following just in case wherever it may help, as SYSDBA

SQL> EXEC DBMS_XDB.setlistenerlocalaccess(FALSE);

    When I click on the link to try and connect, I can't connect.

    I ran the IdcServer command and the server seems to be generating a log output. I also ran the idcserver_start command and the command idcadmin_start.

    Poth have process IDs. However, I am still unable to connect.

    All the world has never met a problem like that, or know the two fix/debugging better?

    I just installed WLS, Oracle ADF and short 7.5.1 server.     It seems that you have configured your domain WebLogic with a JDK unsupported (openjdk). Install a supported JDK and redeploy or reconfigure your domain name - JRockit JDK 1.6.0 latest is recommended for Production facilities, and you can also use Oracle (Sun) JDK 1.6.0 later.

    Try to solve my backups VM Explorer, by default, on a single host I enabled ports NFC ()) - 23, 1024-65000. It was not checked, so I checked and limited to a subnet that guests and almost all of the virtual machines are in. As soon as I put it, my vsphere client began to turn and gave me connection errors. So, I used a vpn to connect to a windows server in this subnet and IE to connect to the web client. I always get connection errors.

    Since all hosts and most of virtual machines, including vcenter, are in this subnet, why should I be cut off? I can ssh in this host, so is there a process I can kill?

    Update:

    Not the port of the NFC. It was ports connector vm series, which included the ports incoming and outgoing used by our iscsi san and that's why everything went to hell. I should have allowed the rule but left everyone rather than define a subnet restriction. I managed to enter the host itself and reset the Firewall setting, then restarted vcenter. Everything nice fixed now. Waiting to hear if any data has been watered.

    I tried this on my own server and that you couldn't make it work.  I ended up just reinstall SRM, keeping the same database - NBD since most of the settings are there anyway.  Later, I came across a blog (which I can't find now) that said that VMware supports only a reinstall after changing the IP address.

    My speakers worked very well before I went.   I tried updating the driver but he came back with "best driver already installed.  It is a desktop PC, it is about 6 years old, but has been revised, graphics card new, updated to power, new 4 GB ram I think.  The hard drive is 1 TB.   I'm running Windows 7 Pro.  I forgot to mention, if I open a WMV file and volume in the taskbar commands, I see the green light moving.  The green light on the actual speakers turned on, just no sound.  It seems to me that the old speakers do not like the new modem from Time Warner. (I'm an old lady, what the devil I know)

    Are plug you the speakers into the modem?

    They must be connected in making your computer speaker, usually a light green color (read the manual of the machine). Go to control panel / sounds / playback and make sure that the type of speakers you selected as the default device.
    Audio device drivers updated its better to not use MS Update (it is not). Re-post giving your machine make name and exact model number (for example HP, Inspiron, ABC1234 etc.).

    Finally, I started the listener (lsnrctl start) again.

    Then I tried to connect using Oracle SQL Developer to the customer. The port of 1525 works perfectly well.

    The problem is, when I open the OEM (Oracle Enterprise Manager), it says: "the database is down. Please specify the credentials of the host to access the restart and database diagnostic tools," which is like this: http://imgur.com/oKLPW65

    So I logged on the account of the host, and it shows that the database instance, listener and the agent is all down like this: http://imgur.com/Bzr84bz

    It seems that the port used by the OEM is always 1521.

    What should I do? Can someone help me solve the problem?

    UPDATE:

    After changing the emoms.properties & the targets.xml (thanks to Elisabeth), you will need to reconfigure dbconsole using emca.

    So what I'm doing is decreasing the config:

    $ emca - deconfig dbcontrol db-rest drop

    and then create again:

    $ emca - create config dbcontrol db-rest

    Voila.

    After installing windoows 8.1 April major upgrade (win 8.1 presents as OEM), and have shrunk C partition to create a data partition "D", "Troubleshooting" option under advanced start menu is no longer available.

    Toshiba Recovery Media Creator does not work, too (it can not find any hard disk recovery partion).
    I got in the OEM recovery partition.
    I am also able to create a recovery using the Windows tool unit.
    You have no idea about it?

    Sorry to hear about all this. Unfortunately, you now have a big problem. I don't understand why you didn't create support of recovery before you started to change the factory settings, including to change the structure of the partitions of HARD drive.

    Mobile offered with factory settings a structure specific partitions and recovery recorded image is saved on the partition of drive specific and marked with invisible markers. These markers are visible for preinstalled Toshiba recovery media creator tool and when you start the tool can find points of reference and has full access to specific files.

    Unfortunately, after changing the original scores structure Toshiba tool cannot find these markers more and is not able to copy files from recovery media recovery. What you need now is the original recovery disk. Using this disk, you can install original recovery image and after doing this, you will have new factory settings.

    I know it sounds stupid now but you must order the original recovery disk and it can be done on https://backupmedia.toshiba.eu/landing.aspx
