  I understand that you get the 2002 error when you try to sync your iPhone to iTunes on your computer.  To resolve this error message, please follow the steps below:

  Check your USB connections

  Errors: 13, 14, 1600, 1601, 1602, 1603, 1604, 1611, 1643-1650, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2005, 2006, 2009, 4005, 4013, 4014. You can also see a message that includes "invalid response".

  If the USB connection between your device and your computer is interrupted, you will not be able to update or restore.

  To narrow the problem, try different equipment:

  • Use the USB cable supplied with your device, or another cable USB Apple.
  • Plug your cable into another USB port directly on your computer. Do not connect on your keyboard.
  • Try another computer.
  • The other problems with the USB connection, then with your security software.

  Hi, I have saved this problem a few days when I go to the App store, I got something like this "cannot connect to Itunes store."

  I don't know why this is happening and no I don't remember disconnection ever.

  So far I tried to set the correct time zone and go to settings-> Itunes & App stores-> disconnect and connect. I can't yet sign on the back.
