Adobe Connection Manager cannot connect to the Adobe servers

I found many sons of this topic, but not helped me to solve my problem.
I have not used my app in a few months. A few weeks ago, I did it again and still get the message that my subscription cannot be verified because it is unable to connect to the Adobe servers. I started the Application Manager and get the same message there.

I tried to connect my laptop directly with the LAN cable to the modem, always without success
I do not use proxies.
I disabled my firewall and Antivirus, spyware, etc. applications, it always says that it cannot connect.
I tried to download the Desktop Application, but also the message that it cannot connect to the servers.
I really don't know what to check out more. I have no problem with secure sites or something else, that I use.
Any suggestions that could be the problem?
Note: it is said to set the clock correctly. What time does yone check against? My Windows is German, he CC is German, I'm in Germany and use the time zone correct. If connected to the corporate network contact your IT Department to see if a Proxy Server or firewall does not block the activation.

Yes Jihoon1109 of the managed network is probably causing your network difficulties. This is especially true when the steps listed in http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html have been completed.
I recommend you contact your it Department and have them examine the Adobe Creative Cloud Service Documentation of access to technology section of http://www.adobe.com/devnet/creativesuite/enterprisedeployment.html.

I can't connect to the activation servers

I can't activate my product using the creative cloud. I use my cell phone company. I'm afroid that there could be a network problem.
When I try to connect to the following link https://lm.licenses.adobe.com/gdf/status.jsp I got the following error:
ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR
It comes with chrome, but it's the same thing with ie.
I tried all the suggestions on Cloud Creative applications ask the serial number but no way.

HP Support Assistant not live connections to the HP servers
HP Pavilion dv7 notebook (QG703EA #B1A). Assistant HP stopped connecting to the servers of HP in order to retrieve updates of pilot since before the holidays. When to go to the host / maintain / Refresh, it always returns "Fail" steps "Download updates", "Collection of information", and "analytical system. Are you familiar with Firefox OS? The reason why I say this is because the e-mail client cannot create an excaption certificate. In fact, it's design. It's design: https://wiki.mozilla.org/Gaia/Email/Features#Security
This request for support to Mozilla was placed specifically for the product Firefox OS, for which there is only a single mail client.
That said many people in the Mozilla Bugzilla, have been able to show me how to find another alias for those servers that actually works and in fact corresponds to SSL certificates. Although Dreamhost support could not provide me with any such information, and such information is not actually in the DreamHost wiki.
I have a repeated insistence of Dreamhost possibility I should just live with the exceptions of SSL certificate, when there is real existing valid server names to match the certificates in question, silly.
The fact that you post this solution for one product, so that it is not yet applicable beyond useless. It serves to muddy waters.

Node Manager does not restart the WebLogic servers when the computer starts

I'm testing the new WebLogic Server version as well as of new forms and reports. I don't have much experience with WebLogic (using the Internet Oracle 10g Application) bare with me for a moment.
I'm using Node Manager to start admin server and all the other managed servers. I also installed nodes as a Windows service manager and configured the boot parameters to include Xrs-/-Xnohup, as stated in the documentation and everything seems to work fine until I restart the server. Node Manager service starts and according to his diary, he plays startup.properties of each server, but it does not start them. Am I missing something here? I found myself in an impression that Node Manager must restart the server in case of reboot system, if the server was running when the computer has been restarted.
Even though I don't have much experience with WebLogic, I'm not a beginner. I managed to migrate (for testing only) all the business application (more than 1000 forms and reports) of iAS 10g to the new version in two days. Application works very well and I only have problems with servers to start when the computer starts using Node Manager.
Test environment:

Help, please! Cannot access the web after connected to the VPN

I'm a newbie on Cisco products. I configured a Cisco ASA 5505 with VPN firewall. However, I can't access the web after I connected to the remote IPSec VPN. I also cannot connect to the bands using the intellectual property. But I can connect to the internal servers in the office with no problems.

Is there are always problems with VPN then I would maybe change VPN pool to anything other than something that comes into conflict with the LAN.
In this case, these configurations should do the trick
In order from top to bottom, they would do the following things
- First remove the pool VPN and VPN configurations
- Then remove the VPN pool
- Remake of the VPN Pool with different network
- Reattach the VPN pool for VPN configurations
- Configure NAT0 to the new cluster of VPN
- Remove the old line of the ACL of the configuration of NAT0

Currently, all of our users are running through a proxy and we need connect to the activation servers.

Maybe someone will help me support is not
I bought a new laptop running 64-bit Windows 8. Then I installed the following software to my creative cloud subscription:
_ Lightroom, up and running fine
_ Photoshop, installed in trial mode, as he could not connect, well, I thought it was a temporary bug and leave it in the trial.
I couldn't update my final test software such that he asked to connect to the internet and enter the Adobe ID.
After a long discussion with a technical support agent Adobe it me to Photoshop to uninstall and reinstall once more. 'Ideal' that I can't download now even Photoshop like Application Manager wonder Adobe ID at the beginning.
After another verry long discussion with little support technical agents the only think that they can say this is probalbly a problem of language (Polish) and gave me local contact supports the team in Poland.
I'll do it, but I'm sure that's not the source of the problem.
For info:
I'm not on a protected network, just a router and a DSL modem, even directly connected to DSL AAM cannot find internet connection. Even on a different network in a different place.
Even with the firewall and antivirus off MAO doesn't work. There is nothing in hosts. I am borrowing the server licenses adobe as indicated by the agents.
So everything works fine only shit AAM find a way to find my internet connection.
Oh and for the final, a second computer connected to the same home network have the same creative cloud liscences running, updated and works well.
So if anyone has an idea of what I need to do to not sue Adobe for 3 days lost to seek the solution I'll be happy to read it here

Now I explain how:
Probably a process in Windows 8 blocks Adobe Application Manager that cannot connect to the internet.
A quick solution is to create a new user account and install all software of this account, as the programs are shared you need not use all the days of the account.
It is a solution for a while as each month what MAO will try to connect and check if your license is still in place.
In the end, I have to check all the processes one by one and disable one who blocks the AAM, which will certainly take me a lot of time
But for now I have a working software... Finally...
How much money will I get Adobe for this tip for debugging? A discount will be welcome for 3 days lost here :/

I tried to download the trial version of the cloud creative to try it before you buy the plan of the student.
