Unable to connect to the app Photos on Apple TV

I'm unable to connect to the application of Photos on Apple TV 4. I opened the app and it tells me to sign in iCloud. I go through the (difficult) process to type my username and password, he thinks for a while and then throws me back to the first screen asking me to login to iCloud. It only gives me an error message. This happened to someone else? Is there a solution?

I have exactly the same problem.

Hi, I never update my ipad because I never, and I do not have the space for it anyway. Now and then I get the message saying ipad needs space for the update, press ok to allow deletion, or something in that sense. Theres two options cancel or ok. Today I accidentally pressed ok. He deleted my largest app and now I am having problems with the App Store. I can open it and see the recommended page. I think I can upload them as well, but when I use the search bar, it says unable to connect to the App Store. I don't know what to do and how to cancel.

First of all, make sure that you don't have enough free space before trying to re-download the application. Once you know that you have enough space, try these two ways to get to the app.

Click on the tab purchased on the App Store and see if the application appears in a search here or just trying to slide through until you see the app and then download it from there.

If this does not work, do a Google search for the app. It should appear in the search. Tap on the app in the Google search and who should open the description window app on the App Store with the download next to the app icon.

  • Unable to connect to the App Store since the upgrade to IOS 10

Tried to restart App Store and phone. changed the password and recorded out and back in but still unable to connect. We will, get apps but when I try and download it keeps asking for the password and say that it can not connect. Someone at - it advice?

    Hello CT05,.

Please ask for assistance with the App Store here in Apple Support communities. I understand how it is important to be able to download my new or existing applications on the App Store. Please try these things to see if we can get this to work for you as expected!

The first thing we want to make sure is that all your data is safe. You can perform a backup to iCloud or iTunes. Use this article to help with this: backing up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.

Once you have your backup, please go to appleid.apple.com on your computer or via a web browser. Log in with the Apple ID you are trying to connect to the App Store with. If it connects, take note of the Apple ID and password. Try the same information on the iPhone.

If this still does not work on the iPhone, please click Settings > Wi - Fi and turn Wi - Fi off. See if you can access the App Store on your cell data. If you can, it means that it some security on the wireless network that you are connected to that is blocking your connection. You won't be able to do this unless you use your cellular data or move you to a new wireless network.

If you are not able to access the App Store on cellular or wireless data, please open this help article: If your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch connects to a Wi-Fi network. Check the section still not 'connect?' and look at the instructions to reset the network settings. What this does is actually reset some of your default network settings. You have to reenter your password to connect to wireless networks once this is done. Try again.

Thanks again and have a great rest of your day.

  • Unable to connect to the App store on iOS 4.2.1

    Hi guys!

I decided to take my iPhone good ol' ' 3 G out of the darkness to use it as a backup phone in case of any situation, unhappy and unable to connect to the iTunes/App store after several tests. I checked my wifi connection and it worked well on Safari. Someone here has a tip on how to fix? Or has Apple really stop its connectivity on the older iOS app store - are

After seeing your post, I booted up my 3G to test and noticed the same thing. I thought it might have something to do with Date & Time settings. I noticed that, even though 'Set automatically' performed, the phone thought that the current date was in September of last year. Since the App Store will not work if the date and time settings are incorrect and that the phone can't connect to the server to get the right time, I would say that is why you don't get on the App Store (assuming that you also see the anomaly of the moment).

I have an iPod touch 2nd generation, which also iOS 4.2.1 and will test it tomorrow there.

I use a Macbook Pro 13 inch, mid-2012 with OSX Yosemite 10.10.5. I had a problem with my network which I cannot connect to the 'http' site in Google Chrome or Safari. It shows ' site is not reachable, refused to sign, ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED '. In addition, I can not connect to Steam and it shows 'code error - 102, unable to connect to the server. "Server may be offline or you cannot be connected to the internet". I can access the App Store, but most of the app doesn't load the image, and it seems weird that I cannot install or update applications from the App Store. It is said "we could complete the purchase. Cannot connect to the server'. Finally, I can connect to the Web site "https" as google.com, facebook.com, youtube.com, and apple.com. I don't know what I was doing before that happens because I'm not all of the firewall settings or IP network since I bought it. I don't even no matter what antivirus installed on my macbook. 5. I try to remove and re-add the Chrome in the firewall settings to allow incoming connections - nothing fixed

    6. I try to delete all the data navigation and cookies in Chrome and Safari - still not fixed

    7. I try to plug in the ethernet cable, as a first step, it works very well. Then, when I disconnected and reconnected again for the second time, and then he had the same problems.

What I saw here, I check that iTunes had recently many updates with the same version of iTunes 12.4.1 since June 4, 2016 (1 time), June 5, 2016 (1 time), June 6, 2016 (2 times), June 7, 2016 (7 times), June 8, 2016 (2 times), June 10, 2016 (9 times), June 11, 2016 (1 time) and June 12, 2016 (1 hour). I don't know if this is normal or not because he had to download and installed about 24 times with the same versions! It is possible that iTunes is the cause of this problem? Any help and suggestions that can solve my problem? Thanks in advance!

  • Cannot load sites http but https are ok - as impossible to connect to the App store

Hi people, for the first time I have a serious problem with my Mac and 10.8.5 and I hope to find some help here.

    The problem:

All of a sudden (no idea of what happened, why it happened) I can not open Web sites beginning with http, for example http://www.advrider.com

The error message is: unable to connect

However websites like Facebook, this forum etc i.e. all sites beginning with https://... properly.

This is valid for Firefox and Safari.

Thunderbird works fine but the I can't connect to the App store.

The problem is that I don't know yet where to look to find the problem.

I did some fishing (without a solution)

-verification of DNS settings (use 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4)

    -Clear cache

    -Re-install point AP

-switch to another Wifi network (currently in a hotel and there are supposed to be two totally independent networks)

    -turned off the firewall

    n ' use a proxy

My wife with El Capitan Mac works fine on the same network, but because I don't know what to look for, it makes it almost impossible to compare the settings one by one.

    No idea what to do?

Post edited by: Kuhjunge - another mac works fine on the same network.

Please read this message before doing anything.

This procedure is a diagnostic test. It is unlikely to solve your problem. Don't be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.

The test is intended to determine if the problem is caused by a third-party software that loads automatically at startup or logon, by a device, by a police conflict or corruption of system files or some system caches.

Disconnect all devices wired except those required to test and remove all the expansion cards from secondary market, as appropriate. Start in safe mode and log on to the account of the problem.

Note: If FileVault is enabled in OS X 10.9 or an earlier version, or if a firmware password is defined, or if the boot volume is a software RAID, you can not do this. Ask for additional instructions.

Safe mode is much slower to boot and run as normal, with limited graphics performance, and some things work at all, including an audio output and a Wi - Fi connection on some models. The next normal boot can also be a bit slow.

The login screen is displayed even if you usually connect automatically. You need your password to log on. If you have forgotten the password, you will have to reset it before you begin.

Test in safe mode. Same problem?

After testing, restart as usual (not in safe mode) and make sure you always have the problem. View the results of the test.

FWIW, it is never a good idea to have 2 av programs installed.

  • At the opening of some Web pages I get a msg 'unable to connect to the server', but it works very well in startup

The last few days during the use of the internet, some Web pages will not be not open. I get a msg of error saying 'unable to connect to the server', but it works very well with other sites such as Facebook and YouTube.  This happens when I use Safari, Firefox and Chrome.  Yet if I'm in Safe Boot mode it works fine.  I exaggerate the App installed VPN and when I am in normal mode and connect to the VPN exaggeration, all Web pages work correctly. I searched the net for days trying to find a solution but nothing I tried worked.  I'm not very computer savvy either so don't know much of what I do with this technical stuff.  I emptied the caches, but that did not work.  Following the advice of an answer to another question on this forum that was similar to mine, I went into the Terminal and performed a diagnostic test.  I don't understand all the information in this essay so hope someone here can decipher. The report is quite long, but this is the beginning of the pasted below.  Help, please!

    Hi AussieEgypt,

Thank you for using communities Support from Apple.

If a problem does not occur when it is started in safe mode, then you have already determined that the problem was isolated to a few 3rd party software running on your Mac.  Take a look at the information below to start with the removal of some elements of start-up and connection and see if the problem persists:

    Test your login items

    1. Choose the Apple menu > System Preferences, and then click users and groups.

    2. Click on your account under the current user name, and then click connection points.

Make a list of the login items, you will need to remember later.

    3. Select all the elements of connection, and then click the button Delete .

    4. Choose the Apple menu > restart.

    5. If this solves the problem, reopen the preferences users and groups, add the elements of connection one at a time and restart your Mac after the addition of each of them.

If the problem persists, follow the steps above to remove only the last element of connection that you added.
