  The last update the BB app got was 1.7.5. The current version of the mobile Connect application is 2.2. The output of 2.1 was a note that the Blackberry is platform is no longer supported (Page 2 here).   Thanks for your comment. As mentioned in my post, I was really frustrated. However, I found a solution by logging into "another home WiFi". When I went to my friend, I tried its wifi at home, then all of a sudden, was able to connect to the BlackBerry server. I don't know the reason why it does not connect with my wifi at home but working with her wifi at home.

  If all BB users encounter a 50504 error message, I encourage them to try "another connention WiFi" for example a friend home WiFi, WiFi, etc.

  I am happy that my BB works perfectly.

  I can't access or manage printable apps on my HP 7520e printer. I get the message error "unable to connect to the server, check the internet connection. My printer is connected to my WIFI with 100% signal. It has a static IP address. I can print with HP ePrint, while on the same network as well as remotely. I have remote access 100% to all the functions of the printer. I checked the updates using the update function printers and I have the latest firmware and updates on my printer. I also put in the manual entries in DNS Server 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 and I followed all threads to try to solve this problem. I also have errors on the connected HP WEB site preventing access of server certificate. This product using a Windows PC or Safari. It is a different matter, but I was trying to print the pintable apps that are on my printer from the HP WEB site connected.

  I decided to reset my printer to the factory settings and perform another installation. It worked! All my printable apps work!   Today I had an update on my blackberry curve blackberry 9630, on my old phone I used blackberry protect to save my contacts, texts, etc.
  I used it to transfer data before so much confidence, but now it doesn't seem to work.
  I downloaded the app and it is now stuck on the "connect to blackberry protect service" page with the green circle, it was like that for an hour or two.
  I have a full data plan and it worked there the past, can someone help me? Thank you.

  In your case, the password has been changed and this has changed the hashed password that is stored in the table. When you have provided the initial password, the FND_WEB_SEC hash and compares with the hashed value and it returns N because the hash values do not match.

  Can U please tell me how this change in the hash if no users changed the password earlier?

  It represents the value has changed because the password has been changed or the hashed value has been changed manually.

  I tried test the connection to the database of FDM help a 32-bit UDL file to check the 32-bit Oracle Client is installed and where the provider OLE DB for Oracle was not available.
  It was a problem with the installation of the Oracle customer 11.2.0.3, it seems that it is a known bug (NOTE > install the 11.2.0.3 Oracle OLE DB provider since the installation of Client media registers properly the provider [ID 1380742.1] Bug: 13417266 WHILE upgrading from 11.2.0.3, Setup is unable to REGISTER DLL ORAOLEDB).
  We have installed Oracle earlier version client and have seen the for Oracle OLEDB provider.
  After this created FDM application successfully.

  Can you please clarify? You say that you cannot connect to the server, and then you say that WiFi is perfect. Can say you it was OK until yesterday. So I'm confused about what you are who do... is it via WiFi or via your carrier connection data?

  Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

When I try to run the SDM Service, it runs without error, but acquire it on the site - http://www.blackberry.com/go/mobile - error saying above message - unable to connect to the selected Mobile Data Service, please try again later. How can I solve this problem, I tried to use full qualified names in the config file.

  When you use the BlackBerry 9630 Smartphone Simulator, you may need to change its default connection settings in order to provide network connectivity.  The reason why because the 9630, being a world phone, supports different types of network technologies and a configuration change may be needed to make it work with the MDS Simulator - CS.

  1. from the home screen, click the 'manage connections '.

  2. a popup window opens, select "Mobile Network Options '.

  3. in the options screen, ensure that the following field values are defined:

  • Data services = 'On '.
  • Network selection mode = "auto".
  • Technology network = "1XEV".

  4. close the 'mobile network options' screen to save the changes

  9630 smartphone Simulator should now have network connectivity.

  Hi, I never update my ipad because I never, and I do not have the space for it anyway.   First of all, make sure that you don't have enough free space before trying to re-download the application. Once you know that you have enough space, try these two ways to get to the app.

  Click on the tab purchased on the App Store and see if the application appears in a search here or just trying to slide through until you see the app and then download it from there.

  If this does not work, do a Google search for the app. It should appear in the search. Tap on the app in the Google search and who should open the description window app on the App Store with the download next to the app icon.
