Unable to connect to Wireless Optical Desktop receiver 2.1
Recently, I try to connect my MS 1000 Wireless Optical Desktop to my thinkpad x 200 running Windows XP prof. When I conect the receiver 2.1 to the x 200 usb port Wireless Optical Desktop, the device is not recognized. I tried in vain to get the drivers of your site. All I can find is the drivers Intellipoint and Intellitype which does not contribute to the current situation. Please notify.

As part of my work as a volunteer for a repairman to point not lucrative to registered of Microsoft, I test a selection of mouse and wireless keyboards that are given. Based on the production of a software tool for USB port monitor, I noticed recently that some models of the Microsoft Wireless Desktop Receiver generate constant even when the keyboard and mouse are slowed traffic USB (about 10 transactions per second) or are completely absent. This occurs with the 2.1 receiver Microsoft Wireless Optical Desktop (model 1028) and the Microsoft Wireless Desktop receiver 3.1 (also labeled model 1028). It does not occur with the Microsoft Wireless Optical Desktop Receiver 1. 0a, nor have I watched Microsoft controls only receivers or receivers of Logitech mouse...
This makes me curious. What do these receptors with all this chatter? I assume deliberately, because I see the same thing in all the units I checked. If I was pretty savvy to decode the trace of the USB, I might be able to figure it out by myself, but I'm not. I hope that there is someone on this forum who remembers how these old 27 Mhz receivers are designed and who can make me jump the learning curve by giving me an explanation of a layman to what happens here.

Original title: MS Wireless Optical Mouse 2000.
Hi all
A Microsoft Wireless Optical Mouse 2000 work with a 1.0 Microsoft Wireless Optical Desktop receiver?
It will work with a 2.1 Microsoft Wireless Optical Desktop receiver. So maybe the operating frequencies are different?
Thank you
TerrySince then I've been able to solve my problem.
It seems that mouse, when you buy as a set of office, are "coded" somehow work with the receiver for this game. A little logic, I guess.
So thank you for the interest of all.

I really need to run quickly. Perhaps the 1000 is not the same as mine. Help, pleaseHello
Please, try the following steps:
1. go to Device Manager, find the optical mouse, right-click on it and then uninstall it.
2 disconnect the receiver wireless mouse and disable the mouse
3. restart your computer and onto your desktop
4. turn on your mouse, connect the receiver wireless to your computer and wait FOR Windows to detect and install the driver for it. It is important that you let it ends correctly.
5 restart your computer and check to see if the mouse works.
In addition, check the batteries in the mouse, make sure the receiver is firmly in place, etc...

Microsoft Wireless Optical Desktop 1000
Hi, I have a Microsoft Wireless Optical Desktop 1000, and I would like to know if you can use a USB (nano receiver) receiver rather than the other receiver, because I have a computer set up on my tv and I want to be on the couch with my keyboard, but the keyboard for me needs to be less than 10 cm of the receiver, so it kinda defeats the purpose to have a keyboard and wireless mouse when a wired connection must be fair to side of you.
Hello
Unfortunately not because the receiver is bound to the mouse and keyboard.
That distance doesn't seem to be a bit on the short side so check with material support.

Hello
Question title:
Is a Wireless Optical Mouse 5000 a plug-in replacement for the supplied mouse as part an integral of the Wireless optical Desktop Pro?
I have spoecifically need to know if it has exactly the same features of the IntelliPoint and know if it will work with the transmitter/receiver provided with the Optical Desktop Pro wireless. I know that the OM 5000 is provided with its own transmitter/receiver, but I don't want to have more than one on my desk.
Thank you
Boo
Hope this information is useful.
Well it is obviously not useful to say that you do not know!
Let me know if it worked.
For someone else who has a problem with the IntelliMouse provided as part of the Wireless Optical Desktop Pro (which is a Wireless Intellimouse Ex plorer 2.0 is told by the way), then they may be interested to know that the Wireless Optical Mouse 5000 works very well with the dongle WODP although the pointer speed necessary to decline slightly with one I had.

Unable to connect to wireless networking
My Toshiba laptop has been pre-installed with Windows 7 Home premium 64 - bit OS and it worked quite well with the BB wireless. However, the wireless internet was on and turned off in recent weeks, while other mobile devices, such as iphone, ipad, or laptop, in my household had no such problem. The wireless signal was so strong, but the error message always says "unable to connect to wireless networking. It seemed that there was something wrong with the wireless adapter.
I got a new adapter properly installed TP-Link wireless. Fortunately, it worked; but unfortunately, it worked for less than 24 hours. It was really frustrating that I, like student full time, depended so much on the wireless network card.
Help, please! Harry

network cable unplugged wiundows xp
I'm unable to connect to wireless modem, the message's problem is the network cable is unplugged got new cable stillHello Verashanley
Since how long did begin? You have added a new software or hardware to the system? If the issue took place recently then you can try the system restore. If you have recently added anything to the system (hardware or software), then remove. If the system restore does not then check in Device Manager and verify that the network card is considered and no errors appear. To open Device Manager, click Start, and then click Control Panel. Click performance and Maintenanceand then click System. In the hardware tab, click Device Manager.Check the type of network card you have and that you try to update the drivers from the hardware manufactures Web site. Also, check the connection for the network adapter. Do you see any physical damage. When you plug the NIC saw all the lights on the network card lights up? If not, then you can deal with a hardware problem and need to contact the manufacture of the system and see about obtaining the card replaced.Let me know the results. Thank you. -

Microsoft Wireless Optical Desktop 700 v2 - drivers Windows 7 x 64
Hello
I just bought a combo of Microsoft Wireless Optical Desktop 700 v2.0 for myWindows 7 x 64, i.e.
a Microsoft Wireless Keyboard 700 v2.0
and a wireless mouse 700 v2.0
Keyboard and mouse work fine. The problem is that in Device Manager that theyappear as HID-compliant devices.
In addition, that there is no support for devices in Intellipoint 8.0 (x 64)
QUESTION: Where can I download Windows 7 64 - bit drivers for Microsoft Wireless Optical Desktop 700 v2.0?
Thanks in advance
My keyboard worked fine, and then all of a sudden it stopped working. This fix worked for me in Windows 8:Step 1.
Open this location: Panel-hardware and sound-devices and printers.Step 2.Now, right click on "Microsoft wireless transceiver" and press "Properties".Step 3.Click on the "Hardware" tab, click on the driver and the 'Properties' hit down in the left corner.Step 4.Click on the "Hardware" tab and click on "change settings" down in the right corner. Now click on the tab "Driver" , then on "update driver software... ».
Step 5.Now the fun part. I don't know how it was in Windows 7 (maybe the same?), but in Windows 8 you will like that. Click on ""Browse my computer for driver software ' and then on "Let Me pick from a list of drivers on my computer". "Step 6.Now, click the driver "USB Composite Device" NOT on the "Microsoft Wireless Optical Desktop 700 v2.0". And click on continue.Last step 7.If the keyboard is not working properly, do step 6 just yet once now update you your driver "USB Composite Device" to the ""Microsoft Wireless Optical Desktop 700 v2.0 " driver." And it should look something like this (this is the Norwegian):And your done! I hope this helps.RU. R -
