  Finally managed to solve this problem with an authoritative restore of the entire operating system and restore a backup based on other forums suggestions. This time, he solved the problem.

  I think it's missing or damaged settings that causes this error code because of the following command which usually gets rid of this code

  The ATI for the Aspire 7540 driver was released over 6 years ago and has been downloaded tens of thousands of times. I downloaded and tested the file on our network of company without problem.   If you are on windows, then check them if any instance is running in the background, please the Task Manager option and go to the processes tab and at the end of the software Adobe Reader forums. (Also recommend to uninstall Adobe Reader 7 to your computer and then try to download and install)

  If you are on MAC please the Activity Monitor option and complete instances of Adobe Reader.
