Unable to download XP Mode files

I have to reinstall XP mode and I can not download files.  I select Professional 64-Bit, English and click on the button to download XP mode. It requires me to download and run the windows components of validation first, but after the download and the functioning of the message is that they are already installed.

You are behind a firewall by chance? If so, disable it and try the download again.

http://www.notebooks.com/2009/11/23/using-Windows-Virtual-PC-with-Windows-XP-mode/

Disabled the firewall, no change.
I managed to find a copy of WindowsXPMode_en - us.exe in my backup files and it worked fine. Therefore, I bypassed the problem that I had without a solution.
Thank you
Ken
