  Do not uninstall the application. You're just trying to send from the wrong place. Open a Web and tap the icon (square with an arrow) sharing in that open Web to send to Illustrator or Photoshop CC.

  Two quick mentions:

  Make sure that you are connected to the mobile application and the desktop application with the same Adobe ID.

  Make sure that your desktop applications are the latest versions.

  Canon 70 d raw files are not supported in Lightroom version 3.3

  you need at least version 5.2 of Lightroom and Camera Raw version 8.2

  So, you have two options:

  • upgrade to a newer version of Lightroom
  • Free DNG Converter allows you to convert your images to DNG and then import into Lightroom 3.3
