    I ran your situation in R & D, and the problem seems to be as a result of Advanced Signal Processing Toolkit is not not compatible on the x 64 under Linux RT OS in the 9030.  The product page could be clearer on this gap.  I am currently a web application to get this fixed!

    When you try to deploy a Labview 2009 real-time application, I get the message:

    LabVIEW: Unable to load the shared library nilvce. *: niLVCtrlEngineReserveProc:C on the target RT device.
    Completed with errors of deployment

    I reformatted the CRIO-9073 and reinstalled the software, but this did not help.

    Any ideas on how to solve this problem?

    I was able to solve this problem by changing the settings in a timed loop Structure.

    The Source Type has been set to "synchronize in the scan engine.  This change to the problem solved 1 kHz clock source.

    This vi was initially written for the interface of the scan engine and reused on another project that uses the FPGA interface.

    I tried command prompt, changes in safe mode, go to the control panel and changed the .bak thing, but it did not always help! It is on my ADMIN account, and all about it is blocked. I can't download or update anything because the password does not work - I can't even sync the songs on my phone because of that!     You can try to fix it with Safe Mode - repeatedly press F8 as you bootup. THE ADMIN

BAK at the end of the script. Make a right click the file that does not. BAK at the end and click Rename. Then, at the end of script .BA type highlight the. BAK file, and right click on it and click Rename. Delete the. Then, the part of the file BAK, highlight the click again right the file .BA and rename and add K to the .BA while she reads.     I don't have the right backup to get it restored. While we have of any other alternative way to present this request to normal.

    Sure it's not an orphan process esssvr or something hold you on files by creating a lock.

    A simple way to find out is to stop all applications and check if you have a current esssvr process, if you kill the process and then try and start the application.

    Forms is unable to find your form tamplate and your PLL.

    Check FORMS_PATH (in the registry) and add the appropriate paths where to find them.
