  You can change the type of a graphic file with almost any graphic
  modification of program, even Microsoft Paint.

  Try to clear your temporary Internet files in Internet Explorer.

  How do you save them, copy and pasting in a new folder, then right click on the e-drive and select eject.

  Then insert the other disc repeat copy and paste at the same location of the file and make a right click Select eject.

Whenever I try to take a picture, I get one or two error messages: "not enough storage" - I use even a GB of space on it, and when I check the used space on the phone it does not display complete.   The contents of the file can only be sorted by name, date of creation, file type or file size.  To put them in order, you need that you probably need to rename them.  Try adding 01 at the beginning of the name of the first file, 02 for the second, etc.   (If you have more than 100 then use 001, 002)

  I think that the file may be corrupted. What I did THAT WORKED, is to copy and paste the image into a new illustrator doc (made smaller - no idea if that makes a difference) and was able to record and send, and be seen by the customer.  Thank you all.
