The description of your photo attached shipping method is unknown to me.

1. When you have selected the photo for e-mail, highlight the picture, and then you click E-MAIL buuton upstairs. You will be asked the size etc, if you agree, you click on ATTACH. You will be returned to the window by e-mail. Photo is attached. You can click on send when ready. Why there is no send button?

2. There is another way to attach photo to your e-mail address...
Open your Windows Mail > Create Mail > tool bar, click on attach > navigate to the picture you want, click it, then click OPEN.
You are in the e-mail window.

  • Unable to send attachments in outlook express. HTML is selected and is therefore 'send pictures' recipient receives the text but not images?

I am unable to send attachments in outlook express. HTML is selected and is therefore 'send pictures' recipient receives the text but not images?

All security settings seem fine, an idea?

Some messages do not conform to the standards of the Internet in the sense that they cannot be returned intact by their transmission.  The way around this is to use Message | Until the attachment, then they will be properly transmitted, since they will be attached.

  • Unable to send email in Windows Mail - error 0x800CCC0D

When I try to send email from windows mail I'm notified of next error number: 0x800CCC0D. There is also something about the error socket 11003

[Previous title: unable to send email in Windows Live Mail - error 0x800CCC0D code]

There is also something about the error socket 11003

What does 'something on 11003 socket error' mean? It would be much better if you posted the error message full so we don't have to guess what he says.

Error 0x800CCC0D means that the server is not found. Error 11003 socket is usually a DNS error: the name of the specified server does not exist or cannot be translated into an IP address. Given that you don't tell us which server is involved, it's impossible to think what you need to enter to the place.

It is quite sure, however, that changing the settings of the server will not help if the server is not found. Juggle with the firewall is dangerous and will not help in this case either. Nor the removal and replacement of the account, except if you find out what server to use name and who enter when add you the account. You could just as easily do this without deleting the account first.

So - please report it the full error message. Compose a new message of test with a single topic and send it to yourself. When you see the error message, click it to select it, and then use a right click to copy and paste it in your response here.

  • Unable to save attachments in Windows Live Mail

First of all, I saw this question raises a number of times on this and other sites to support, but I've yet to see it resolved. I'm running a fully corrected and updated current version of Windows Vista SP2 and you have installed Windows Live Mail in my default e-mail Manager. In short, I'm only able to download attachments of any kind by drag-and - drop on my desktop - all usual ways have no effect, or produce a generic error message.

Upon receipt of an email with parts attachments of any type in any amount:

    1. Double-click an attachment icon - no effect
    2. Right click, don't choose 'Open' - no effect
    3. Right click, choose 'Print' - successfully print paper or .pdf [my default printer]
    4. Right-click, choose "save under"-"save attachment as" command prompt opens. When you click 'Save' (on the desktop for these examples), prompt disappears, and no file is saved on the desktop.
    5. Right click, choose 'Save everything' - 'Save attachments' command prompt opens. When you click on "Save", the error message if there is a registration error, one or more of the attachments. Please check your free disk space and try again. Note: The available disk space is not a problem on this machine.
    6. Drag / drop the attachment of the WLM message on my desk - work successfully.

    Solutions already attempted:

    1. Delete all temporary files of Internet Explorer 9 [any effect]
    2. In IE9 security options, ensuring"download file"is "activated". [any effect]
    3. In IE9 security options, disable the "Protected Mode" [any effect]
    4. After trying the previous two solutions, change the security zone in Windows Live Mail (Options--> Security--> Security tab Options) for the "Internet Zone" rather that "sensitive sites"area [any effect]
    5. In Windows Live Mail, ensure that "do not allow the opening or saving attachments that could contain a virus" box is unchecked [any effect]
    6. Ensure all analyzes e-mail is disabled by my anti-virus (Avast software! Free antivirus 6.0.1367). Note: No product AVG, Norton or MacAfee have already been installed on this machine, I understand that their presence (current or former) may contribute to this problem
    7. Use ProceXP to display all the assets of .dll files used by Windows Live Mail to make sure that nothing unusual is running. Nothing unusual, although wlmail.exe accesses the Avast! AV .dll 'snxhk.dll '. I don't know if this has an effect.
    8. Run the System File Checker tool [no problem found, no effect].

While this problem has a workaround solution, is somewhat a disadvantage and slightly confusing (why would 'print' and drag-and - drop works, but nothing else?). I hope that I haven't missed the solution somewhere and that, otherwise, it can be resolved for the good of someone fall on this issue. Thanks in advance.

  • problems sending attachments with Windows Live Mail

I can't send files jpg and odt(OpenOffice text) without problems when I use Windows Live Mail and my Verizon email account.  Jpg attachments are received to my website of gmail into pieces - only the first track is to the size of the photo, the rest are in the letters, numbers, and symbols.  Spare ODT is received in gibberish, regardless of the type of the recipient's e-mail account.  I ran the repair for Windows Live Essentials without effect function.

  • Unable to send email using windows mail

I use windows mail and can receive by e-mail.  When I try to send emails to anyone, I get the following error:

An unknown error has occurred. Object "answer if you receive a ', account:"Amy Logan', server: 'smtp.verizon.net', Protocol: SMTP, server response: 550 5.7.1 message you tried to send was regarded as spam. Please visit http://www.verizon.net/spamfaq for more information.', Port: 465, secure (SSL): Yes, Server error: 550, error number: 0x800CCC69

I spoke with verizon several times, they can't help because if I login to my account lequipetv.fr, I can send and receive very well, but is not

friendly, I love windows messages.  Any suggestions?

It's a mistake on end of Verizon server-side no matter what they tell you and it is they who must solve.  Have you read the 'spamfaq' referenced in the error?  It can contain sufficient information to determine what you might have caused the rejection of your message.  This could also help: https://my.verizon.com/central/vzc.portal?_nfpb=true&_pageLabel=vzc_help_policies&id=AntiSpamPolicy

The people at Verizon who told you that he cannot be their problem because you can send the message when you use the web interface, don't seem to have a very good knowledge of the works of electronic mail.  When you send via the web interface, you are not in communication with the SMTP server that resembles your outgoing mail.  So, if the server accepting mail from your mail client Windows that analysis mail, using the web interface allows to bypass this server and, therefore, the scanning.

  • Sending attachments in Windows Mail

I work with Windows Mail...  I can receive email with no problems and I can send emails from basic trouble-free text, however if I try something to join an e-mail message by mail the program image he divided into 'parts' (25-50) and attempts to send it like that and it causes several messages be delivered to recipients (or their firewall blocks he thinks it's spam).  How can I stop Windows Mail to break up of these messages, I'm trying to send?  Is there a setting I need to adjust?

Go to tools | Accounts | Mail | Properties | Advanced and uncheck the option to break apart messages exceeds a certain size.

You can tell me why whenever I click on SEND, cannot me? They say: 'Windows Mail can't stand used by hotmail HTTP servers. Also, I followed what they tell me to do and they say «You do not have the right to product key» Thank you

For Windows Mail, use the settings given here:
    http://MailCall.spaces.live.com/blog/CNS! CC9301187A51FE33! 49799.entry
Use port 587 instead of port 25 of the SMTP server.

To give you a little history, Windows Mail does not support the HTTP messaging, which for a long time was the only authorized method of access for free Hotmail accounts. In addition, given that the development of Windows Mail was frozen in July 2006, there no knowledge that Microsoft has enabled POP access for free Hotmail/Live/MSN accounts in February 2010. Therefore, the Windows Mail Account Setup Wizard is hardcoded to reject the Hotmail and MSN addresses. To work around this limitation, when you enter your Hotmail/MSN email address, initially, use a fake domain, such as * address email is removed from the privacy *. After the account setup is complete, you can go back into the settings and correct your email address.
