  Recently, I started out of the blue to get this message when I try to connect to an FTP of Dreamweaver. I have CC was last updated.   ISP of your recipient is blocking email from the account you are using, your recipient will need to communicate with their host to have it unlocked. The account has been reported as used for spam.

  I use IOS 9.3.1 and cannot receive mail from yahoo on my iPhone or iPad since May 1.  I can still get it on my Macbood Pro.  I tried to uninstall and reinstall on my iPhone 6, to no avail.  All I have this problem and can help me.  I downloaded the application mail to yahoo as a temporary solution, but would prefer to get my mail in the email provided with the phone application.  The mail comes to this app from yahoo, so I do not understand what has happened.

  Try this:

  Click the Start button, select Control Panel and click Add/REMOVE. On the page Add/Remove to find the windows live essentials and click on modify it / remove button. This will display a page that offers the possibility to uninstall or repair. Check the button fix and on the next page, select this option to repair windows live mail. I hope this helps.
