  I currently have my verizon email account installed perfectly to microsoft outlook.  However, I can't send messages to my godaddy account through outlook.  I have changed ports, ssl requirements, and get an error message or a request reiterated by microsoft to enter my username and password.  I called godaddy without result. I also removed scan of my antivirus email.

  What is a Pop3 account? IMAP? Hotmail? Can I assume that it used to work? If it worked until recently, follow these steps.
   
   
  Spend most of your messages out of the Inbox and then create new folders to send and sent items box after having moved the messages you want to save to a local folder that you create.
   
  Tools | Options | Maintenance | Store folder will reveal the location of your Outlook Express files. Note the location and navigate on it in Explorer Windows or, copy and paste in start | Run.
   
  In Windows XP, the files of user OE (DBX and WAB) are by default marked as hidden. To view these files in Windows Explorer, you must enable Show hidden files and folders under start | Control Panel | Folder Options icon | Opinion, or in Windows Explorer. Tools | Folder options | View.
   
  With OE closed, find the DBX files for the items in the Outbox and sent and delete them.  New ones will be created automatically when you open OE.
   
  After you're done, followed by compacting your folders manually while working * off * and do it often.
   
  Click Outlook Express at the top of the the folder tree so no folders are open. Then: File | Work offline (or double-click on work online in the status bar). File | Folder | Compact all folders. Don't touch anything until the compacting is completed.
   
  General precautions for Outlook Express:
   
  Do not archive mail in the receipt or sent items box. Create your own user-defined folders and move messages you want to put in them. Empty the deleted items folder daily. Although the dbx files have a theoretical capacity of 2 GB, I recommend all a 300 MB max for less risk of corruption.

• Outlook / MS Exchange problem. When I send an e-mail message, the recipient sees another shipper

  It is a mystery which two it professionals do have not not solve. Here's the scenario.

  My colleague sends an e-mail message. The recipient receives the message, but me! To the receiver, the message appears to have been sent by me. When responding to the message, the reply come back to me, not my colleague who sent the message.
  We use the two MS Outlook 2010. Through MS Exchange Server, messages are sent.
  Just to add to the confusion, it is not every message coming out...

  The body of the msg will have two things-related values: Snapshots Active in the virtual environment and CD-ROM attached to virtual machines.

  Let's talk when the e-mail reports more than a CDROM attached, how to increase or decrease the msg body according to results from the virtual environment?

  You see not all snapshots is because the loop stops when the snapshots or the cdroms are done.

  Assume that you have 3 entries for snapshots and 2 for the cdroms, you will get only 2 lines each.

  I would do something like that

  Note that I don't check if spacing HTML and page layout is as you wanted. You may need to add some spacing.
