  I just downloaded the Adobe Acrobat DC (Trial Version) but can't open it; It keeps giving me this error message:

  Can anyone help?  I downloaded Adobe Acrobat Pro for a free trial on my MAC and realized how much cost it was and decided not to buy it.  I have been unable to open pdf documents, so I uninstalled the Pro and now I can open the pdf that are in my "documents", but some of the professional publications that subscribe to a version of the publiation in a pdf format and all I get is a black screen.  Any thoughts suggestions?  I feel like AA has my computer hostage.  It shouldn't be like that!   It is not recommended to have 2 versions of Acrobat on the same computer.

  Please try to remove the old version and then repair the installation again and check again the workflow.
