Please let us know how it goes!

  • Can not install Adobe Flash Professional trial versions

So I hope that now that I'm not the only one with the issue of not being able to install a trial version of Adobe Flash Professional, whatever version it is, whenever I tried to install, it gave me an error with Adobe Flash Professional, being the only thing that was not installed during the set up.

In addition to Adobe, change the name of flash professional to animate CC, is there no reason to explain why I can't install older trial versions and to buy?

Also as a side note, whenever I received a summer error, it has been deleted or moved according to my web browser.

Adobe does not sell older versions of their software (CS6 except for now).  If you wanted to buy an older version, you will need to find and try your luck with a third-party provider.

As well as not being not able to install any version, please provide further details such as the version (s) and how you attempt installation... it looks like you are trying to do with other applications involved.  In addition, your system itself could be the reason why you cannot install older versions, so if find you details of that it will be useful for anyone who is trying to help you solve this problem.

  • Problem installing Adobe Acrobat Pro DC on my mac

I downloaded the trial version of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 30 days, but when I go on install only goes about halfway through and then I get an error message: "error encountered. " Installer Acrobat encountered an unexpected failure. Please try again. If it continues to fail, contact Adobe technical support. »

I restarted the computer and tried several times - still no luck. Since there is apparently no way to actually talk to Support Adobe, I'm here.

I hope someone can help! I want to buy it if it meets my needs.

I'm at the Mexico - don't know if that makes a difference.

    Thank you!

Acrobat DC requires either Mac OS 10.9.x or 10.10.x.

This is why it is not and can not install.

  • Problem installing Adobe Acrobat Pro

I bought Adobe Acrobat Pro in 2013 and I now have a new computer, on which I need to install, but I can't find this particular download.

When I search 'Adobe Acrobat Pro' I get sent to a webpage with Acrobat Pro DC (classic), Acrobat Standard DC (Classic) XI of Acrobat Standard, Acrobat Pro XI, Acrobat X Standard, and Acrobat X Pro. Not sure which one would be the Adobe Acrobat Pro I bought and have a serial number, I don't have to buy because the site is not clear on the download, I need!

Help would be appreciated, preferably with a link and specific instructions as this isn't my first time that I asked this question.

Also, anyone else a bit angry that you can't actually get to talk to a human being!

    Hi Samantha Hendy,

  • Problem installing Adobe Acrobat Pro 9

I have a HP Pavilion dvd6-3033 with Windows 7 Home Premium operating system. Some time ago I bought and installed the Adobe Creative Suite 5 Web Premium system which included a disk with Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro. Everything has been installed correctly. Recently my hard drive went bad and I had to install a new one. After you have reinstalled Windows 7 Home Premium, I reinstalled the Creative Suite 5 very well, but the installation of Acrobat 9 Pro, after running for some time, produces Error 1311 (found Source file: F:\Acrobat 9\Data1.cab check the file exists and that you can access.) I checked the Acrobat9 folder on the installation disc and Data1.cab is there, but apparently the installer for some reason is not recognize it. Any suggestions on what to do?
