Uninstall all the Internet Plugins (Adobe Flash Player - all the of them, Adobe Shockwave Player, Apple Quicktime and iTunes if installed, Microsoft SilverLight, RealPlayer [or RealAlternative]), and then restart the computer.

Download and install the plugins that you uninstalled.  The most recent versions.

    Reset.  Try again.

I would also say, if you do not use alternative browsers, you try a couple...

You can also - even if the above gets things working, probably consider a little cleaning...  XP can get a bit crispy.

    Search for malware:

Download, install, execute, update and perform analyses complete system with the two following applications:

Remove anything they find. Reboot when necessary. (You can uninstall one or both when finished.)

Search online with eSet Online Scanner.

The less you have to run all the time, most things you want to run will perform:

Use Autoruns to understand this all starts when your computer's / when you log in. Look for whatever it is you do not know using Google (or ask here.) You can hopefully figure out if there are things from when your computer does (or connect) you don't not need and then configure them (through their own built-in mechanisms is the preferred method) so they do not - start using your resources without reason.

You can download and use Process Explorer to see exactly what is taking your time processor/CPU and memory. This can help you to identify applications that you might want to consider alternatives for and get rid of all together.

You can disable hibernation if it is enabled and you do not...

When you Hibernate your computer, Windows saves the contents of the system memory in the hiberfil.sys file. As a result, the size of the hiberfil.sys file will always be equal to the amount of physical memory in your system. If you don't use the Hibernate feature and want to reclaim the space used by Windows for the hiberfil.sys file, perform the following steps:

-Start the Control Panel Power Options applet (go to start, settings, Control Panel, and then click Power Options).
-Select the Hibernate tab, uncheck "Activate the hibernation", and then click OK. Although you might think otherwise, selecting never under "Hibernate" option on the power management tab does not delete the hiberfil.sys file.
-Windows remove the "Hibernate" option on the power management tab and delete the hiberfil.sys file.

You can control the amount of space your system restore can use...

    1. Click Start, right click my computer and then click Properties.
    2. click on the System Restore tab.
    3. highlight one of your readers (or C: If you only) and click on the button "settings".
4 change the percentage of disk space you want to allow... I suggest moving the slider until you have about 1 GB (1024 MB or close to that...)
    5. click on OK. Then click OK again.

You can control the amount of space used may or may not temporary Internet files...

Empty the temporary Internet files and reduce the size, that it stores a size between 64 MB and 128 MB...

-Open a copy of Microsoft Internet Explorer.
    -Select TOOLS - Internet Options.
-On the general tab in the section 'Temporary Internet files', follow these steps:
-Click on 'Delete the Cookies' (click OK)
-Click on "Settings" and change the "amount of disk space to use: ' something between 64 MB and 128 MB. (There may be many more now.)
    -Click OK.
-Click on 'Delete files', then select "Delete all offline content" (the box), and then click OK. (If you had a LOT, it can take 2 to 10 minutes or more).
-Once it's done, click OK, close Internet Explorer, open Internet Explorer.

  • Uninstall software update Apple says error in seller contact package package unstaller

Try to get itunes working to make a backup of my faulty iphone before repair.

First-itunes does not start says error. I'm trying to fix it, who said success but same error when you try to start it.

Then uninstall completely worked. Then reinstall that seemed to be over except for a message "an older version of Apple software update already exists" then he went down and install itunes apparently had not been completed.

Then I try to remove the update from the apple software and executed by an error in the installation program - it says there is an error in the installation and contact the supplier of the installation package. Same error if I run the uninstall command line program.

Try to repair the Apple Software Update of programs & features Control Panel and then try to update iTunes again.

For general advice, see troubleshooting problems with iTunes for Windows updates.

The steps described in the second case are a guide to remove everything related to iTunes and then rebuild what is often a good starting point, unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach.

Review the other boxes and other support documents list to the bottom of the page, in case one of them applies.

The more information box has direct links with the current and recent if you have problems to download, must revert to an older version or want to try the version of iTunes for Windows (64-bit - for older video cards) as a workaround for problems with installation or operation, or compatibility with third-party software.

Backups of your library and device should be affected by these measures but there are links to backup and recovery advice there.

  • Uninstall/reinstall the sticker pack in iOS 10

I had some unusual problems with new stickers in the Messages. I had a few different packages installed and found that two of the packs do not appear in the box to 'Manage' the message store. However, the store shows them as installed. I've disabled all pack that I installed it, which seems to have made those able to be reinstalled, with the exception of those two who are seemingly invisible.

I was not able to find another method to disable/remove these packets of stickers of my camera. They are Super Mario racing stickers and Stickmappers.

I have a second phone for work and no problems with the new features of Messages here. Ask yourself if there is a way to reset the default message store or another way to delete/manage somehow the packs.

    Thank you!

    Greetings DGL,

Thanks for your post here on Apple's Support communities. I see that both of you have installed packets of stickers do not show up to use and do not show on the page manage the iMessage App Store for you to manage. I know how much I appreciate the use of sticker packs. I'll be more than happy to help.

If the packets of stickers was bundled with another application, they can be uninstalled by going to settings > general > storage management, in the first section of storage. Locate the application and press DELETE. If they are iMessage only apps they can be managed through the Manage tap in the app store of iMessage.

If it's apps only iMessage, have you tried restarting your iPhone to see if they have or can be removed on the tab manage?

    Let us know.

    Take care!

  • Uninstall Java

Hi guys. Small problem, I hope that we can advise on. I just bought a new iMac. El Capitan 10.11 running. My problem is, after you have installed the following Creative adobe CS5, I get a window telling me that I need to install "Legacy Java SE6 Runtime." When I try to do, I get a window saying that I already have one more late Java installed and therefore impossible to install an earlier version. I am not sure what version I have on the system. I'm guessing this will be the last. So, I clearly need to uninstall the latest version of Java in order to install Java 6. Could someone advise please on how to do this successfully. Thanks in advance.

Have you tried to install this? Download Java for OS X 2015-001

It should still allow you to install little matter that you have installed because it does not change another version of Java.

  • I will be able to uninstall the update of the ios 10.0.1 software

I don't really like the new update for my iphone 6 s. I will be able to uninstall it?

No. I am sorry, but Apple does not provide a path to downgrade to iOS. Because decommissioning is not supported by Apple we can treat it on these forums. You can leave comments at the Feedback from Apple.

  • cannot update or uninstall the PC iTunes

I can't update or uninstall iTunes from my PC (Windows 10).  I have version 12.4.3.1.  If I check the updates, I'm invited to download 12.5.1, but when it finishes downloading the program says there was a download error and I have to use tools/download only.  I do this, but clicking on the file downloaded Update Gets a similar generic download message (no error code), such as download a new installer for iTunes.

If I try to uninstall settings, I get the message that ' errors occurred during installation before iTunes could be configured ' and I should re-run the installation program. If I try to uninstall it from the control panel I get "Fatal error during installation" and the remains of program (and can be executed).

    Help.

I have the same problem. In addition, utility software from Apple does not update iTunes 12.5.1. Running Windows 10 build 1511.

  • Impossible to uninstall apps after updating to iOS 10

I need serious help with my iPad 2 Air which I recently updated to iOS 10. Apps can not be uninstalled. I already checked the restricted zone. I also tried all updates current stop and even switch to airplane mode. Whenever I try to keep an app for a quick moment, the icons very well, jiggle and x buttons appear on applications that can be uninstalled, including apple stock applications that can now be uninstalled. But the problem is that when I press the x button, nothing happens. The icons of continue to jiggle with the x buttons still present. It does not freeze. My iPad does not freeze when I do this. Yet once again, click on the x does nothing.

I don't want to reset my iPad anyway because of the settings and applications that probably I don't remember when I do. I also searched the Internet but I do not see a similar case. Help, please. Thank you.

Try a forced reboot. To force the reboot your device, press and hold the two buttons of sleep/wake and home for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

After the start of the unit, try again. This affects all the data

  • Cannot uninstall or move the Apps

I have updated to iOS 10.0.1 on my iPhone 6 more and now I can't uninstall it or move the apps. When I try to "wiggle" the app to get the 'x' in the upper left corner, I have only the option 'share' app. anyone encounter the same problem and found a solution?

Try pressing down lightly on the app icons rather than typing and taking down.

  • How to uninstall and reinstall norton security

I have Norton Security for 5 devices and put one on my new iMac, but when I click on advanced customize it does not open.  Nothing happens.  I was hoping that if I uninstalled norton and reinstalled then it would work.  I tried to uninstall norton, but he said it did not with the OS systems.  Nobody knows that I can either get advance to work so I can use the settings or how to uninstall and reinstall?

    Thank you

It is not recommended to install antivirus on Mac applications unless you want a computer unstable and crashing. OS X is extremely secure and must be kept up-to-date to stay. AV, cleaning or ANY other third party are tools to keep the OS X works well are a total waste of time, energy and resources system.

  • Clean my Mac 3 uninstall

    Hello!

I just bought a new iMac (27-inch Retina, end of 2015 form, with 16 GB of RAM) not too long ago and I had Clean My Mac 3 installed on it. I started doing research on this, and thanks to many messages here, discovered that this software is terrible. I had nothing of real value on my Mac again and after the horror stories that I read I want to he WENT... so I completely removed the drive using disk utility, and then install a new copy of Mac OS X.

My question is: in doing so, is any damage that could have been made by clean my Mac now cancelled? I guess that yes because I reinstalled the operating system? I really want to make sure that this Mac lasts me for a long time, and I read that the effects of the CMM sometimes become apparent for a long time. Now that I took these steps to delete all and reinstalling OS X, is it like CMM has never been installed?

(It's probably a stupid question) opening the door of memory and adding more memory will void the warranty? I bought AppleCare.

    Thank you in advance!

    http://macpaw.com/support/cleanmymac2/Knowledgebase/how-to-uninstall-CleanMyMac-2

Uninstalling software should bring your unit back to normal, since you be flushing flushing and replacement of your software. Your device should be behave exactly as he has done before, but I can't guarantee it 100%.

Opening the memory and adding more memory will not void the warranty.
