  If you have purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro DC as an upgrade, then a serial number of the previous version which you have like Acrobat X or XI. If in the case where you have not bought one of these in the past, then you must buy Acrobat Pro DC as full version (US $449.00).

  I have two versions of Visual Studio 2008 and 2015.

  I installed on the C drive of 2015, but when I installed 2008 I met problems with shape containers.

  I uninstalled 2008 now and wonder if the problem could be solved if I installed 2008 on the D drive.

  I had the exact opposite situation. I had a trial version of Office Pro and then I bought a family version and student. I did not wait for the evaluation version expires, and worst still I installed the paid version before uninstalling the trial version. A lot of time I open the Office program, I was watching the above Evaluation Version.

  You shouldn't have CS6 to read a PDF file.  Adobe Reader should suffice for that.  What about uninstallation is you should be able to select the individual application for removal, no matter what it is.

• Impossible to use the evaluation version of inDesign

  I just signed up use the evaluation version of inDesign, with a new adobe id.  He tells me I'm maxed out on the subscription and to use another id.  This is a new id, I log in and it requires a serial number which I did not.  It tells me that I'm on 2 other computers but it's a new id, so I don't know why he thinks it.

  I am so frustrated, I chatted x 2 with the customer service, one of told me he had no idea and come back later.  The other said, just buy the sub.  This really defeated the purpose of a trial, since I've never used inDesign and wanted to see if it would be easy to use. I'm also now afraid to pay a fee of 1 month to spend 3 days trying to connect.   I looked in the forums for help, used downloaded cleanser and uninstalled.  I was happy to play with the CS on the cloud, but I just frustrated.   Tootuff2 from your description, it seems that the Adobe ID you enter is related to a subscription.  Please enter a different Adobe ID, who do not subscribe to, and you should then be able to use the test for 30 days.

  I went to my addons tab, and I have, in fact, have two versions of shockwave flash, a 11.9... version and a 13.9, which, if I'm not wrong, is the latest version. There is a 'request to activate, activate always, never activate' button for EACH module. I clicked on never turn on the old version and the closed tab. I then tried to play a video on the Web.   The Flash plugin is stored in this folder:

  The filenames for the plugin in Firefox have this model:

  where the middle part (not in bold) is the version number of the plugin.

  Update from Adobe should normally remove older versions, but if they are actively used, it is possible that the update is not able to remove them.

  If you find the file, try to delete or move the temporary office.

  Firefox may not immediately realize that the file has disappeared, but hopefully that will detect only after the next time you're out and start it back up when it updates its scan plugins.
