  What you say does not correspond with my own observations.

  Restart in Mode safe mode, and then log in as administrator. The password is usually empty. Now, you can reset the password for your existing account.

  When you're done, plan in advance and create, test and document a second admin account.

  To avoid that your passwords expiring, follow these steps:
  1 log in under an administrator account.
  2. click on start.
  3. type the three letters cmd in the search box.
  4. press on Ctrl + Shift + Enter

  Just to clarify, in the case where this help anyone. I transferred more SC around 6 to help Apple migration assistant, and the only program in the suite that could not be accessed except through the trial version of cloud was the Illustrator. After that more than an hour on the Adobe support chat, turns out that I needed to follow the guests to buy cloud version, then type the serial number of my CS software at some point in the process.   You should contact the Adobe Support via chat and ask them to reset your activations.  Since you seem to have several problems, be sure to ask the help of reset.  If you start to ask for help more they may not help at all and you will return to these forums where no one can help you.

  I suggest to start the system in safe mode and check if the problem still persists.

  Also download the current drivers and update the firmware of your mouse.

  Step 1: Perform a clean boot

We recommend strongly that you do not use System Configuration utility to change startup options on the computer, unless a support engineer Microsoft directs you to do so.   a. log in the computer using an account with administrator rights.

  I had the same problem: I'm a Windows 7 user who bought a laptop Windows 8 and don't really like the Metro user interface. It is half cooked for desktop/laptop computer, several apps to not scroll horizontally with the touchpad, etc, etc.

  But what I did install a simple program called "Debut8" (http://www.stardock.com/products/start8/) that still allows me to go right at the part 8 Windows desktop and use it as I have Windows 7. The advantage of this approach is that you get the benefits of the internal improvement of Windows 8 (some improvements in performance on Windows 7, etc.) and do not have the hassle/cost of installing Windows 7. You can also try a GPL program called Classic Shell (http://classicshell.sourceforge.net/). So far I am happy with debut8 as a solution.

  Anyway, worth before going through the cost and difficulty of installing Windows 7.
