  WELL, , I found OUT what WAS going ON.

  It turns out that my C:/Users / * user/AppData/Local/folder name Temp suddenly all the approvals cleared. I had to manually to appropriate this new (right click on the folder, Security tab, advanced, etc..)

  After doing this, the installer CC started working.

  It is by far one of the strangest problems I ever. I have no idea why the permissions on this specific folder would disappear suddenly, but good. There you go.

  After update of creative cloud, location instalation restored by default. I had already installed LightRoom5 to the default location. I removed the LR5 using programs and features. Restarting the machine. CCApp was told that Lightroom5 is always installed. Impossible to reinstall in the correct location as LTCC think program is installed

  Issue seems to be caused by uninstalling or LR5 not done via the request manager. Uninstallation of Photoshop CC has been processed by Application Manager. Reinstalling Photoshop CC completed at the new location with no problems.
