Uninstalling the program PS CS4 Extended after upgrading to PS CS5 Extended

I have finally acclimated to my upgrade to PS CS5 Extended after transfer on presets, brushes, actions, etc. and decided to uninstall CS4.  Of course now when I open CS5, I get an error message indicating some of the support files are missing and I need to reinstall PS CS5.  Since it's an upgrade from versions CS4 which is no longer on the computer, I have to reinstall CS4, then reinstall the update to CS5?  Or is it possible to simply reinstall CS5 and do with it?  Since it was an upgrade, bought through downloading, and I deleted the picture disc, where can I find the download of the upgrade?  Any help or suggestions are appreciated.

All the updates of Adobe are plenty of installers.

If Setup does not find a qualifying previous version installed, it will simply ask for the old serial number, but also a new.
