unknown exception while copying the project

I had a problem with RoboHelp HTML when I copy the project and save the locale after a wile to get

Error, unknown exception. Please contact the Technical Support of RoboHelp HTML.

The connection to the database has been a success and the installation of Version 5.02. The Machine is a Win XP Pro SP2 and all other connaections on the net for servers work. I had an error before it could not copy one file, so I renamed it and it works. Now, he paused during the copy of the files in the project I think. I have no idea why this is happening, all users are working, although this new facility would not work. I tried different facilities, but without a real error code or description, it is very difficult to solve the problem.

    Check which version of the JDK bin directory is in the path as 'javac' would be executed to compile the jhtml pages used in dyn/admin. There is a/atg/dynamo/servlet/pagecompile/ExtendedJhtmlPageProcessor of core component which has a string of compileCommand property whose value is specified as something like "javac - classpath {1} d {2} {0}". In fact, this same chain of command is used to compile pages with jhtml javac. Placeholder for the entrance of this is source file {0}, {1} for classpath and {2} is for the default destination directory, \home\pagebuild. In the first post, you mentioned this error:

    This means that the major version number of your class file for the jhtml compiled of dyn/admin page 51, which means it is compiled with the java compiler JDK7 and so it can work very well with an interpreter of java7 unless you specify the java version of target when compiling as 'javac - target 1.6'. Looks like you have JDK7 and JDK6 on your machine and the JDK7 javac is coming to the system path. You can check the default version in the path by running "javac-version" on the command prompt. Change your path if necessary so that "javac-version" will give you the 1.6 version that you use. Also, make sure that ATGJRE is the version of java-oriented correct in \home\localconfig\dasEnv.bat: .sh

    I synced a clip video to an audio clip that was recorded separately and linked to them.  How to save this combo?  By dragging the project file copied only the audio track.  Help please!

    You can not do exactly what you are after, but a fairly simple solution is to use a separate sequence to synchronize video and audio together, then use this sequence as if it were a video clip in the final sequence. In this way, you create no new media, you can change the source if necessary and is not any increase in a lot of time to implement this sequence.

    As a process dynamic link, rendering SOUL does not allow for such deceptions. Eitehr it works or it's not. Only AErender and AE itself obey this setting particular pref. If you are simply interested in the rendering of BG, consider buying the BGRender of AEScripts script.

    If you have a version of Java 8 corresponding to the current source code, it seems that the system attempts to select a node that is not attached to the graphic scene. This could happen in theory (I guess) If you change the chart of scene on the FX Application thread; but it's a blind guess.

    Whichever one you want all workspaces by default are set to single monitors, so editing it is the norm, but I have 2 monitors at work, so I have a custom workspace, and then if I go home to my iMac with no external monitor I just spent on my custom workspace single monitor. So if you like what you have set up on your dual screen system and you did not save it, you should do that if you can get it at the time when you're not on the road.

  • When published, the information on the project does not meet.

    Have created many projects using captivate, but whatever the reason this particular problem, it is disconcerting. Imported a PP in Captivate 6 platform, when 'release' is selected the "Project Information" is empty. Result is a mistake by posting them in our Cornertone LMS system, as he says that there is an error "invalid file".

    Check the settings against other projects and the parameters are the same. I tried to publish another computer and got the same results.

    Operating system windows 7, however, this has not changed in relations to other projects that have been created.

    Any suggestions?

    Please check if it happens on an empty project like this? If not, then it seems that the project is corrupted somehow. Try copying the project and paste it on the new blank project and see if it is Woking.

    I create a project using slides both interactive and demonstration projects. Everything works fine, except when I'm going to copy the slides of the demo for a demonstration project.

    I play the slide on the side of the demo, and it looks great. However, when I copy into my kernel project, the slide is messed up and the part I click on in the demo gets magnified. In addition, the part of the text of the demo starts banging on a completely different part of the page.

    I tried a lot of things, and at this point, it's just frustrating.

    Any ideas?

    The resolution is different between the demo and the project to which you are copying the slides? If you copy to a project that has a different resolution, ruin to the location and the size of the object is a typical result.

    Hello.

    You can create a library of transfer in the user interface and move the top project. (It it will copy as you move it to a new drive)

    If you also move the media, it will break the links between the project and the media (audio and video). When you do that, use the command create a link (on the file menu). If you point to the good volume, it should find the media and offer you the ability to link again.

  • Copy a project containing the EtherCat device with problems

    recently I came across this problem:

    When copying a complete project (means: complete copy with all dependencies project folder) containing a time target real cRIO with EtherCat device (9144) connecting a (development) PC to a laptop (development) project has lost all settings EtherCat. As the project file is the only place to store settings EtherCat (modules, names, locations) it's quite disruptive to have to recreate all of these parameters...

    I use LV2010SP1 for all cRIO developments, the upgrade is no option so far...

    Someone else with the same problem? Any solution to this problem?

    It works on my testsystem. If your target system has not the driver or the module options installed that your source system? LVRT, RIO, OR TDS? There the same versions?

    Can you post your projectfile, or a small example that shows the problem?
