Unknown user when I made changes to the admin?

I inherited this Web site.  There are currently 3 users admin, I recognize all emails.  I made some changes to a user role and received an email which went to 3 admins (including myself) as well as a gmail address additional for someone I don't know.  Who is this?  How can I remove this address?

All sites of Business Catalyst (BC) are assigned to a partner, which is usually the person or company who built the site initially.

When you connect to your admin site page, in the upper left corner (black navigation bar), you should see the name of your site.  Place the cursor on the name of the site and seek to "go to the partner portal.  If you don't see your login ID is not a partner BC account.

If you are not connected as a partner, in the left navigation you should see the Site Settings > Admin users.  You will see the users Admin screen which is listed as a Director.  You will see the 3 admins who has received the notification, plus one (or more), which has received notice as well.  One of these admins is your partner in BC.  I would contact them by e-mail to get communications going in this direction since most of the BC partners are very useful.  If you don't get an answer or the answer you need, you can submit a ticket for support in British Colombia, using the "Help and Support" link in the navigation bar (black bar).  They can find out who the partner is and help you manage the account as needed.

    I am posting this because once again it becomes chronic as people get new laptops and install new versions of 11.5 Jabber

    There was only 1 answering machine on my previous post, and didn't us get any where.  His response was to start the installation with the switch to NO search of WebEx service.  When I pointed out that we must seek to WebEx Messenger, but that our usernames for Messenger and WebEx meetings are separate, the thread is dead.

    Is there anyone who can tell me how to install Jabber for Windows 11.5 so that the user is not EXCLUDED to change the username on a new install?

    We have installed just 11.5 Jabber on a couple of new corporate machines (Win7 using Skype as IM Corp)

    We have a Jabber ongoing performance using WebEx Messenger driver, so we have no SSO or AD integration.

    After a clean installed Jabber with no switch and no custom URL (we just downloaded CiscoJabberSetup.msi for v11.5 and ran in the download on the machine folder) the screen to connect comes but the user name is already filled so it is GREY you can change.  The format is our corporate email address.  We are also no "Reset Jabber" option in the file menu. Which is gray as well.

    Then, we took another machine and installed from the command line with that for options:

    "msiexec.exe /i CiscoJabberSetup.msi CLEAR = 1 CLICK2X = DΘSACTIVER"

    Same question.

    So, where is Jabber pulling these usersnames and why we can not change it?  Why does "Reset jabber" clothes outside too?

    I have a feeling that it is because UPN_Discovery is automatically enabled (for autousername population). Can you try to install Jabber with disabled UPN_Discovery?

    To run as an administrator, open the windows in administrator mode command prompt (right click on Start menu on windows 8) and browse (> cd) to this location for jabber Installer CiscoJabberSetup.msi and copy / paste this command.

    Reset gray is indeed a bit odd.

    I've just updated Adobe Muse at 2015.2.  After the upgrade, I can publish is more updates/changes to the site already launched with the catalyst for business without creating a whole new site and delete the previous one every time.  The dialog box gives the error "currently associated site is not available for this user."  The journal for my business catalyst, the credentials are correct, because when you go on the Site of the Business Catalyst manage it connects to the admin home page.  Is there a setting that has changed with the new version.  I use a Mac Book Pro with OS 10.11.5 retina

    Here's an update on this issue.

    Reason: Following an internal problem, association of account user of Muse and the corresponding user BC account breaks after Muse put 2015.2 to date. It is originally Muse to do not be able to enumerate the users existing sites BC to publish to the dialog Business Catalyst. The issue is addressed in Muse engineering team. Meanwhile, use the workflow as shown below.

    Solution/solution:

    1. Create a new site from Muse
    2. Publish it as a new trial to Business Catalyst site
    3. Close and reopen the Muse
    4. Open the affected site of Muse
    5. Publish on Business Catalyst now

    Try this and let me know if it works for you.

  • Why my pages evolve? Made changes to the model applied then.

    I do a redesign of my site. I have made changes to my basic Page model but the tempeature each page differently. I changed the pages of tables of width % absolute. Even if I applied my changes to all pages that use the template, the change is not uniform throughout the site. I checked every page individually and each of them had different widths and % against pixels. I changed all of them manually. I went through the code and I just can't come up with a solution. They are not yet all online upward when you navigate from one page to another.

    My guess is that the majority of your site is in an editable area, they do not update. I think that you need to establish a new model or manually edit each page.

    I do experience lag when using "track changes" in a large .pages document (about 180 pages). I get the wheel of the Rainbow for about 10 seconds after completing each change, which makes it very difficult to obtain concrete results.     Problem:
    For several days, making the procedure call webservice no longer works.
    The package has been changed on the database, no patch has been applied on the machine.

    The call to the procedure of utl_http.begin_request with the HTTPS url returns the following error:

    Finally, it happends only a few days before the described error (ORA-29049), SSL v2 has been disabled on the target domain (SSL v3 has been disbled 1 year ago already).

    The reactivation of SSL v2 solved the ORA-29049.

    Now, I'm dealing with the ORA-12537: TNS:connection closed.
