Untrapped exception message blackBerry Smartphones... not very well what to do to best

A couple of weeks, I had a discount as a result of instructions from Stinsonddog on how to simplify things for that my trusty BB can run even more foxily than ever, but I'm afraid, that I maybe a little overestimated my abilities when we want to tinker around with this stuff! Anyway, since I did, whenever I re - install something to BB, I get this message (most recently happened last Friday when I reinstalled BB Messenger)... message reads as follows: "Eception exception: registry of applications waiting for timeouts (ox468b572d8f5d9566). I had a trawl briefly around the forum & I don't know if I read that someone else has had a problem quite like this, just so I was wondering what to do for the best. The phone works fine in all other respects, as far as I can see... just a bit worried I might be damaging BB by not taking appropriate action to address the problem.

(By the way, just love hunting Stinsonddog... two dogs) Stinson & Oreo resemble a pair of really nice raw of their photos!)

I think I have corrected it - I've removed these modules & put them in the 'Modules' file deleted, as recommended in the guide of John Clark:

Also, I did it again one of the BB dimension themes that I had deleted rather reckless... in any case, the start-up error message, I had been doing seems to be a thing of the past... fingers crossed!

The moral of the story, as if often, is to try to not be crazy enough to try to run before you can walk.

    Also:

    Right-click to highlight an error window or page does not work, then make a left click to copy does not work...

    Try to go to file | Identities and setup a new identity.  Then, add your account and see if it works then.  If they do, use the file | Import | Messages to bring them from the old identity.

    Wow... that's a little wider set of problems you reported initially. In this case, most of the pre-trial remedies are, as you have discovered, not useful.

    The only left thing I can advice try to start in safe mode:

    Then, get a good backup of your BB. If you can not get a backup, your data may be lost. I hope that you have a prior backup. So, I recommend you get BBSAK (www.bbsak.org) and install it on your PC. Then install the package of the BONES of your carrier for the exact OS that you are running on your computer:

    Then use BBSAK to wipe and reload your BB.

  • Do not produce messages blackBerry Smartphones BBM

    From about 12:30 last night my BBM messages stopped to deliver, it was more than 24 hours. Figure it would work perhaps himself, but there not yet and scans of Twitter and forums don't seem to be indicating any type of problem.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones not receive emails on my BB Gmail :(

    Hello today I install both my Hotmail & Gmail on my BB Bold 9780 accounts. I received the confirmation emails "Activation on the server" in the two accounts on my BB so I assumed that everything has been done successfully. Fake! Hotmail works very well. I am able to send & receive the BB with no problems & receive emails in both my Inbox via hotmail.com & on my BB. However, the Gmail account, is another story. I am able to send using the my BB Gmail account & I get in my Inbox via gmail.com only! I sent emails at random my gmail.com Inbox just like a test & still only received in the Inbox via gmail.com & not on my BB. I don't know why were there to Gmail security changes that can cause this problem? Any help would be appreciated as my Gmail account is my main account for business related emails so I always need to be connected. Thank you.

    1 - first record your PDA to your network.

    • Wait until you receive the registration for each email message on your message box

    There are two problems I see. Yesterday, I've updated througn Office of BB online. I have now deleted the BB 7.1.0 CoreApplications four times. When I start my phone one of the two things happening. I can enter my password, but when I hit the key enter the phone crashes and will only go to safe mode. The second thing that happens is it accepts my password, but immediately the following message - Eception Exception: Java.Lang.Error there is an option to click OK but when I get my BB freezes. I have installed and uninstalled all languages twice, I restarted a dozen times or more, I reinstalled a version more ancient dating back months and not seen no change to these questions. I can work the phone in safe mode, but this isn't a solution. I find this very frustrating. I would also like to be able to talk to a human being on this subject but can't find a number on your website. A WTF happening? I'm about to launch this phone in the tray and get an IPhone!

    I think that you may need to perform a clean reload OS... from your post, I can't quite tell if you did that.

    Please visit this official download portal as you go along. If all you want are the levels of BONE, it is first sorted by carrier - the carrier supports, your search will be fast. However, some carriers are much slower than others to release updates. To really get the package up-to-date OS for your BB, you need to dig through and find all businesses that support your specific model BB and then compare the BONE levels they support.

    From a PC, you can install any compatible OS package (for example, for your BB model exact number) of a BB via this procedure:

    Note Although written to "recharge" and the storm, it can be used to upgrade, downgrade or recharge any BB device model - depends on the operating system package you download and install on your PC. After installing the operating system on your PC package, please remember to remove all copies of the SELLER on your PC. XML...     My BB had well eaten by my dog and I just got my new camera to the service. I got a brand new, with all my datas saved the former. It's great, everything works, but when I try to download anything in the app world, it says without credentials cached, error id: 40721. I have tried everything that I found online in the forums (because many people have the same problem), but nothing has worked. My camera thinks I have no network connection, while I'm abee to use the browser. I could not download apps via my PC.     There is virtually no diagnosis of those - they are the equivalent of random errors in Windows for which trace the root cause is futile. Basically, here's the last out in the programming code - some event occurred for which there is no event handler in the code. The patch is an update of the code that handles the event... but, again, what is the event is almost impossible. So, there are a few things to try:

    Sometimes, the code simply is damaged and needs to be updated - just like a reboot:

    • Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

    If it doesn't boot properly, then you need to try Safe Mode:

    There may be a code updated to the value of the carrier - check out them through this Portal:

    The toughest possible causes are a bad application behave. To find it, there are two options. Is to see if you can read the log file:

    Go to the home screen. Hold down the "alt" key and type "lglg". (You won't see anything as you type). This will bring up the log file. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

    I hope that will move things again for you! If any stage does not properly complete, proceed to the subsequent steps will be useless... and you will need to contact your mobile provider for formal support. It's their network that your BB is unable to communicate with, after all.

    Hello, I have a blackberry Torch 9800. My problem is that I can't watch internet on my phone easily. For some reason any that it shows only a part of the page, but there white boxes at the bottom of the block in training/photos/etc page.     It will take several attempts to get the combination of keys ESC (press/release/hold) OK, so be patient. When properly in Safe Mode, thinking... what happened just before this behavior started? A new application? An update? A theme? Something else? Think carefully that the slightest change can be causal... and try to undo all that was.

    Otherwise, you may need to consider a feature complete WIPE, a reload of the OS, or even a WIPE/reload BBSAK.

    There are a few possible reasons... of what you say, it seems that you use hotmail WebMail interface from your computer (as opposed to Outlook or some other desktop e-mail application, which, if used might complicate things), these KBs may apply to your situation:
