  If you right click on the bar at the top of the page in the browser, you can check and uncheck what bars appear. I accidentally disabled something there and now when I click I can't get any menu to double-check my menu on the right, State bars so that they are visible. Currently they are not visible, I have no way to move or change settings.

  OK, got it fixed, I kept fishing around this site and found an answer. Press the Alt key and the menu bar appear temporarily, long enough to restore the bar to be visible.

But now I have a 3 pixel on the left (and 2 pixels on the right) space which is white space. How can I get that white space the same color as the menu bar? I tried to apply a color to the div menu bar, to the definition of the ul and put a div around the bar of menus together, but none of these works. Is it possible to apply this background color so that the entire line is the same color?
