  I just updated to Mac OS 10.8.2 (mountain lion) and updated all my CS6 Master collection and got the following errors in the installation of three products (error codes listed below):

  Update handler 6.0.4 extensions

  Failed installation. Error code: U44M1P7

  
  

  Adobe Photoshop 13.0.3

  Done with errors. Error code: U44M1P6

  
  

  Update Adobe Illustrator CS6 (16.0.3 version)

  Failed installation. Error code: U44M1P7

  Download as some people have suggested the updtaes and manually update the tried and got these:

  Adobe Photoshop 13.0.3

  Check the Setup log and see if you get the same error message. If so, uninstall using CS6 uninstall (utilities-> Adobe Installers) and the re - install it on adobe.com

  I use the Bootcamp Assistant to install Windows 7 and have the following problem.

  The drivers that you try to install seems to be corrupted. Let us fisrt remove all traces of the software driver for this device in the Device Manager and then install the drivers from the manufacturer's Web site.
   
  Step 1.
  You can uninstall the audio drivers completely from the Device Manager and re-install from the manufacturer's Web site.
  I would also recommend to check if there are Windows updates for this device.
